Customer service
Bath & Body Works Kuwait is run by M.H. Alshaya. A customer service phone number, email address and support hours are not published in the records we hold, and the store's FAQ, delivery and returns pages refused our reader on 26 October. Customers with an account can start a return online, the one self-service channel we can confirm.
Delivery and Click & Collect
Every area of Kuwait is covered by standard delivery, which takes a day or two, costs KWD 2.5 and becomes free above KWD 11. For something needed today, the same-day option is KWD 3 if you order by 2pm, just KWD 0.5 more.
A Click & Collect order is usually waiting after a day or two, and the branch keeps it for 10 business days. That gives you two working weeks to pick up, which suits a gift you want to keep out of sight at home.
Tracking and cancelling
A tracking procedure and cancellation rules for Kuwait are not published in our records. With delivery taking only 1 to 2 days, there is little time to stop an order, so check the basket carefully before you pay.
Returning an item
An item in its original condition can go back within 14 days of delivery, either at any Bath & Body Works branch in Kuwait or, with a registered account, by filing the request online. Fragrances and beauty products are excluded unless they are faulty, which covers a large part of the range, so be sure of a scent before you open it.

Refunds
The store pays back delivery charges just for faulty or wrong items; on other returns the KWD 2.5 or KWD 3 charge is kept. Our records give no timing for refunds to a card, KNET or Apple Pay, and say nothing about how cash orders are refunded.
Payment methods

Can I return a perfume or body mist in Kuwait?
Only if it is faulty. Fragrances and beauty products are excluded from returns otherwise, even within the 14-day window. If a product arrives leaking or damaged, return it at a store or through an online request, and the delivery fee should be refunded as well.
What payment methods does Bath & Body Works Kuwait accept?
KNET, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard, and cash at the door on orders of KWD 300 or less. There is no Tabby or Tamara option. For a cash order above KWD 300, switch to a card or KNET, or split the purchase into two orders.
Is the delivery fee refunded on returns in Kuwait?
