Bath & Body Works Bahrain: delivery, returns and customer service

Frequently asked questions

When does a Bath & Body Works Bahrain order arrive?

Next day, free of charge, once the basket is over BHD 13, the store's pages say. If you need it sooner, BHD 4 pays for same-day delivery. Delivery times for smaller standard orders and the same-day cut-off are not published, so check the options at checkout.

Is same-day delivery worth BHD 4 in Bahrain?

Only when timing matters. A basket above BHD 13 already arrives the next day for free, so paying BHD 4 buys you about one day. On a BHD 10 order, that charge is 40% of the basket value, which is why it is best kept for last-minute gifts.

Can I pick up my order from a store in Bahrain?

Yes, through Alshaya's app for the brand, where collection from the closest branch is one of the Bahrain options. Any pickup fee and the holding period are not stated, so check both on screen before you choose it.

How do I contact Bath & Body Works in Bahrain?

Contact details for Bahrain are not published in the records we hold. The store is run by Alshaya, which also runs the Bath & Body Works Arabia app, so use the help or contact section in the app or on the Bahrain website, with your order number ready.

Can I return part of a multi-buy order in Bahrain?

How that would work is not published. Our records hold no Bahrain return window, procedure or refund rule, nor any explanation of the refund when one item from a buy-and-get-free offer goes back. Ask the store before relying on a partial return.

Which payment methods work in Bahrain?

We cannot confirm any. No payment list for Bahrain is in our records, which leaves BENEFIT, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash at the door all unconfirmed. Look at the payment step before placing a large order, and choose a method you can use if the first option is missing.
