Customer service
The Qatar store's email is support@ajmalperfume.com. The phone number is printed two ways: 8002565 on the shipping page and in the footer, and 80025625 in the FAQ. If one does not connect, try the other, or use email so you have a written record.
The FAQ says support also answers on WhatsApp and chat, but gives no WhatsApp number. Opening hours are not published.
Delivery in Qatar
Baskets under QAR 100 pay QAR 15; above QAR 100 delivery is free. The shipping page gives 2 to 3 working days for both, and the FAQ describes standard delivery as 2 to 5 working days. These are estimates from the shipping date, not the order date, and depend on the order being accepted.
Ajmal Qatar counts Sunday to Thursday as working days, excluding Qatar public holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a holiday move to the next working day. There is no choice of delivery date or time slot.
The fee covers parcels up to 5 kg, then QAR 1 for each additional kilogram. Ajmal does not deliver to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses, and an order placed in Qatar cannot be sent to another country.
Order status and tracking
Within 24 hours you should get an acknowledgement email; acceptance comes later with the shipping email, which includes the tracking details. To check where a parcel is, the Qatar shipping page tells you to call the support number.
If a delivery is missed, the courier gets in touch before the next attempt so you can adjust the timing, and support can reschedule through WhatsApp, email or chat.
Cancelling an order
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or changed. Ajmal Qatar does not describe how to cancel before shipping, so contact support quickly if you need to.
Returns
Perfumes, hair mist, deodorants, powders and body lotion are accepted back only for a manufacturing defect or a mismatch with what you ordered. Ask within 7 days of delivery, and send the item from Qatar, unused, with its tags and sampling pieces. Agarwood and perfume oils are non-returnable.
Sale items can be returned free within 7 days of receipt if they meet the conditions, but online-exclusive products and special offers cannot use the free return service. Ajmal shops in Qatar do not accept online orders back, and Ajmal is not responsible for items returned outside its collection service.
- Email or call support within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number and describing the defect or mismatch.
- Keep the item unused and complete with tags and sampling pieces.
- Return it through Ajmal's collection service from your address in Qatar.
- Wait for the refund to your original payment method once the item has been received.
Refunds
Ajmal Qatar gives two estimates: 7 to 10 working days in the returns section and 7 to 14 working days in the FAQ for a card refund to appear. Plan on the longer one. Refunds are paid in the currency of purchase, so exchange-rate changes can alter the amount slightly.
Cash-on-delivery orders are not refunded, although a replacement may be possible in certain cases, and delivery charges are not refunded.
Payment
Three methods are offered: a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, and cash handed over on delivery in Qatari riyals. Orders are charged in the destination country's currency.
