Customer service

Delivery fees and timing
A BHD 1.5 delivery fee applies under BHD 20, and anything over BHD 20 goes free. Expect 2 to 3 working days, with orders dispatched from within Bahrain.
Working days run Sunday to Thursday and exclude Bahrain public holidays, so an order placed late in the week will usually move on the following Sunday.
Tracking your parcel
Once the order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Enter it on the Aramex website to follow the parcel to your door. Keep that email until the order arrives, since it is the only tracking reference the Bahrain facts mention.
Returns
