Ajmal Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

The Kuwait store gives +965 9720 9974 as its phone number and support@ajmalperfume.com as its email. Its FAQ also mentions 80025625 for further help without saying which number is current, so the Kuwaiti mobile number is the more natural first call from Kuwait.

Support can also be reached by WhatsApp and chat, according to the FAQ, though no WhatsApp number is printed. No opening hours are given.

Delivery fees, days and limits

Orders under KWD 10 pay KWD 1.5 for delivery; orders above KWD 10 travel free. Both options are quoted at 2 to 3 working days, counted from the day the order ships and subject to the order being approved. The FAQ gives a broader 2 to 5 working days as the normal standard.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Kuwaiti public holidays. An order placed after the cut-off, on Friday or Saturday or on a holiday is processed on the next working day. You cannot choose a delivery date or time slot.

The fee covers up to 5 kg; every extra kilogram adds KWD 0.2, so a 6 kg parcel costs KWD 0.2 more. Everything ships domestically from Kuwait, and PO boxes and freight-forwarding addresses are not served.

Tracking and missed deliveries

An acknowledgement email should arrive within 24 hours of ordering, but it does not mean the order is accepted. Acceptance is confirmed by the shipping email, which includes a tracking number. You can check the status on the Shipa Delivery website using either the tracking number or your order number.

If the first delivery attempt fails, the delivery partner calls you before the second one so you can match it to your availability. To rearrange it yourself, message support by WhatsApp, email or chat.

Cancelling an order

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they ship. The Kuwait store does not publish a cancellation procedure for the period before shipping, so call or email support straight away if you need to stop an order.

Returns

For perfumes, hair mists, deodorants, powders and body lotions, Ajmal Kuwait takes returns only for a manufacturing defect or a product that does not match the order, requested within 7 days of delivery and sent from Kuwait. Agarwood items and perfume oils are not returnable.

Sale items get free returns within 7 days of receipt if the conditions are met; online exclusives and special offers cannot use the free return service. Items must be unused and in their original condition with every Ajmal tag, sampling piece and booklet. Anything incomplete, altered or used is refused and sent back at your cost. Ajmal's shops in Kuwait do not take online orders back.

1. Contact support within 7 days of delivery by phone, email or WhatsApp, giving your order number and the defect or mismatch.
2. Repack the item unused with all tags, sampling pieces and booklets.
3. Send it through Ajmal's collection service. Goods returned by other means are at your risk.
4. Once received and checked, the refund is processed to your original payment method.

Refunds

Ajmal aims to process a refund as soon as the return arrives, with an estimate of 7 to 10 working days back to the bank of your original payment method. The FAQ allows 7 to 14 working days for a card refund to show. Refunds are made in the currency of purchase.

Cash-on-delivery orders are not refunded, though a replacement is possible within the return conditions. Delivery charges are not refunded either.

Payment and your account

Checkout takes credit or debit cards, Apple Pay and cash on delivery, with cash on delivery in Kuwaiti dinars only. If a card is declined, check its number, security code, type and expiry date before calling your bank. An account is optional; members get order history, a wishlist and saved addresses, and can log in with a one-time code if they forget the password.
