Reaching Wego support

Wego's support team is available 24/7, in English and Arabic. From the Contact Us page at support.wego.com you can start a live chat, send a message by WhatsApp (text only) or fill in an email form. No plain email address is published; the form asks you to pick Flight, Hotel or Others, describe the request and add your name, email and, optionally, a phone number. You can attach up to 3 files, such as a ticket PDF or a screenshot, at up to 20 MB each.

Phone and WhatsApp numbers are listed by country on that page. The Saudi lines sit behind its Show more option and were not visible in the version we read on 26 October, so open the page to get the current number rather than relying on an old one.

Who holds your booking

Wego compares fares from more than 700 sites, so the first question for any problem is where you actually paid. If you bought through Book on Wego, Wego holds the booking and its support team can act on it. If you clicked through to an airline or another booking site and paid there, that partner manages the reservation and payment, and you need to contact them directly.

The support page has an Identify your booking website tool for exactly this. Use it before you write in, because Wego cannot change or refund a ticket that a partner sold.

Checking your booking and flight

Sign in to the Wego app or website and open My Trips to see a Wego booking and its status. The support page also offers a real-time flight tracking tool and a Check your refund status tool. Airlines sometimes confirm a cancellation or schedule change only shortly before departure, so a booking that still looks normal in My Trips is worth checking again closer to the date.

Changes and cancellations

For a booking made through Wego, support applies the airline's latest policy and processes the changes, cancellations or refunds the airline allows. Wego separates two cases. An involuntary cancellation is one the airline starts, or a major schedule change, and it may come with waivers or alternatives. A voluntary cancellation is your own choice and follows your fare rules and the provider's policy.

Some airlines waive change penalties on affected tickets during a disruption, but a fare difference can still apply. The support page posts airline-by-airline policy updates, including Flynas and Nesma Airlines among many others. The advice on the page is to read the airline's current policy first, decide what you want, then contact Wego. If your flight is within 24 hours, check the airline's official flight status first and contact Wego if you need urgent help; departures that are close are dealt with first.

Refunds and travel credit

A refund depends on when the airline or supplier confirms the cancellation and returns the money, so it takes longer during major disruptions. For involuntary cancellations, Wego says a refund may take up to three months in some cases, and it updates you as confirmations arrive. Some airlines offer a voucher or travel credit instead of, or alongside, a refund, with validity and conditions set by each airline. The support page does not say how refunds are paid out, for example whether to the original card.

Payment on the Saudi site

The Saudi site lists Mada, Tabby and Tamara among its payment filters, and its prices include the minimum payment fee, so the fare shown assumes the cheapest way to pay. Whether a particular fare accepts an instalment option depends on the provider selling it. Codes for Book on Wego flights are covered on the Wego coupon page.
