Contacting Wego
All Wego support starts at the Contact Us page on support.wego.com, and the team works 24/7 in Arabic and English. Pick live chat for a conversation, WhatsApp for text messages, or the email form when you need to send documents: it takes up to 3 attachments of 20 MB each and asks whether the issue concerns a flight, a hotel or something else.

Is it a Wego booking?
Wego Bahrain shows fares from many booking sites, but Wego only services what it sold through Book on Wego. Hotels and flights paid for on a partner's website are that partner's responsibility, including changes and refunds. Run the Identify your booking website tool on the support page if you are not sure where your money went.
Seeing your booking
Sign in and open My Trips, in the app or on the website, to view each Wego booking. A live flight tracker and a refund status checker sit on the support page. If you have heard about a cancellation that My Trips does not show, it may not be confirmed yet; airlines sometimes confirm only shortly before departure.
Flight changes and hotel cancellations
On a Wego flight booking, support carries out whatever change, cancellation or refund the airline's current policy allows. Gulf Air is among the airlines whose policy updates Wego posts on its support page, so read it before contacting support about a Gulf Air ticket. Affected tickets may qualify for free date changes, rebooking, rerouting or travel credit, though a fare difference can remain.
The Bahrain site also sells hotel stays. Their cancellation terms are the ones shown on the booking. For a non-refundable stay in an area hit by disruption, Wego can ask the supplier for a waiver, and the supplier is free to refuse.
Waiting for a refund
Refunds move at the pace of the airline or supplier: Wego pays out once they confirm the cancellation and return the funds. After an involuntary cancellation that can take up to three months in some cases, longer than usual in a major disruption. An airline may also offer a voucher or credit instead of or alongside cash, with its own conditions.
How Bahrain bookings are paid

Can I get my money back on a hotel booked with Wego Bahrain?
That depends on the cancellation policy shown on your booking, which Wego follows. A refundable rate can be cancelled under its terms. For a non-refundable rate in an area affected by disruption, Wego can request a waiver from the supplier, but the supplier may decline.
How long will a Wego refund take?
