Shipping fees
Delivery charges are worked out at checkout and depend on the destination, so two addresses can see different totals for one basket. Plenty of listings carry a free shipping tag.
There is no published free shipping threshold for the UAE. Put your real delivery address in before comparing totals, and check whether every item carries the free shipping label, since that label also governs cash on delivery.
Changing or cancelling an order
A placed order cannot be edited to change its terms, but Trendyol UAE lets you cancel an order and place a new one. Our facts do not include a cancellation deadline or a tracking guide, so act quickly and use the help section if anything needs changing.
Returning an order

Trendyol UAE accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery, and Tabby and Tamara cover orders from AED 100 to 5,000.
Cash on delivery is open only to orders of AED 100 to 1,800 that qualify for free shipping, and carries the AED 11 fee. In practice: an AED 80 order has to be paid online, and an AED 2,500 order can go on Tabby or Tamara but not on cash.

Does Trendyol UAE accept Google Pay?
Yes. Google Pay is on the UAE payment list alongside Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. Paying with Google Pay or Apple Pay also avoids the AED 11 COD charge, which is not refunded if you later return the items.
Can I pay cash for an AED 2,000 Trendyol order?
No. Cash on delivery stops at AED 1,800, and the order must also qualify for free shipping. Pay an AED 2,000 order online instead, or split with Tabby or Tamara, which take orders up to AED 5,000.
Do I get the AED 11 COD charge back when I return items?
No, the fee is non-refundable. Returns themselves are free within 15 days of delivery, but the AED 11 paid for cash on delivery is not part of the refund, whether you return one item or the whole order. Pay online if you expect to send anything back.
Why is cash on delivery missing at my Trendyol UAE checkout?
Most likely the order is outside the rules. Cash on delivery shows only for orders between AED 100 and 1,800 that qualify for free shipping. Remove or swap items without the free shipping label, or adjust the total into that range, and the option should appear.
