Customer service
Bahrain orders are placed on trendyol.com with Bahrain chosen in the country selector. The Gulf page we read gives no Bahrain phone number, email or support hours, so use the help section of trendyol.com and quote your order number.
Delivery and fees
Parcels travel from Türkiye and Aramex delivers them, usually within 6 working days. Before Eid, National Day or a birthday, order with more than a week to spare.
Shipping fees in Bahraini dinars are not published anywhere we read. The amount appears in the order summary, so compare it with the basket value before confirming.
Tracking
Aramex is the carrier for Bahrain. No tracking or order-change steps are given on the page we read, so follow the order status on trendyol.com and contact Trendyol if it stops moving.
Returning an order from Bahrain
Returns are free within 15 days, but only parcels carrying a system-generated return label are accepted; a parcel sent without one is refused. Create the label from your account, and send the return from Bahrain, because it has to clear customs there.
The page we read does not state refund timing or method for Bahrain.
- Make sure the delivery was less than 15 days ago.
- Generate the return label from your Trendyol account; do not write your own.
- Attach the label to the packed parcel.
- Ship it from Bahrain so it clears customs.
Paying
Bahrain payment methods are not listed on the Gulf page we read. Whether BENEFIT, cash on delivery or instalments are offered will show at checkout.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I send a Trendyol return without the system label?
It is refused. Bahrain returns are accepted only with a return label generated by the Trendyol system. Create it from your account for the items going back, attach it to the parcel, and send it from Bahrain within the 15 days.
Can I ship a Trendyol return from Saudi Arabia instead of Bahrain?
No. A Bahrain order has to be returned from Bahrain so the parcel can clear customs. Crossing the causeway to post it from the Saudi side would not meet that rule, so send it from your Bahrain address.
How early should I order from Trendyol for an occasion in Bahrain?
More than a week ahead. Delivery from Türkiye by Aramex usually takes about 6 working days, and weekends and public holidays are not counted. A margin of a few extra days also leaves room to reorder if something does not fit.
Who carries Trendyol parcels to Bahrain?
Aramex, from Türkiye. Trendyol remains your contact for the order itself, so raise delivery problems through the help section of trendyol.com rather than only with the courier, and keep your order number handy. Allow the usual 6 working days before reporting a delay.
Where do I find Trendyol shipping fees in Bahraini dinars?
Only in the order summary at checkout. Trendyol does not publish a Bahrain fee table or free shipping threshold in dinars on the pages we read, so add your items, enter your address and read the summary before paying.
Is there a charge for Trendyol returns from Bahrain?
No, returns are free within 15 days, as long as the parcel carries the system-generated label and leaves from Bahrain. Missing either condition can get the return refused, so check both before handing it over.
