Customer service
Oman is served through trendyol.com once you select Oman in the country selector. The Gulf page we read lists no Oman contact number, email or hours; use the help section of trendyol.com for order questions.
Delivery and total cost
Orders ship from Türkiye and Aramex delivers them in Oman, normally within 6 working days.
Delivery prices in rials, and the basket value that would cancel them, are not published, so the order summary is the only place to see them. Compare that final total, product price plus shipping, with what the same item costs from a shop in Oman before you commit.
Tracking and part-cancelling
Aramex carries the parcel, but no tracking procedure for Oman is described on the page we read. Removing some items from an order can cost you the delivery charge, which may be deducted from what you get back, so think twice before cancelling one cheap item from a mixed basket.
Returning an order from Oman
Returns are free for 15 days with a Trendyol return label. Health and hygiene items are not accepted. Returns must be shipped from Oman itself to clear customs.
Refund timing for Oman is not stated in what we read.
- Check the 15-day window from delivery.
- Set aside any health or hygiene products, which are not accepted.
- Create the Trendyol return label and attach it.
- Ship the parcel from Oman for customs clearance.
Paying
The Gulf page we read does not list payment methods for Oman. Check checkout for the available options rather than assuming OmanNet or cash on delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Which courier delivers Trendyol orders to Oman?
Aramex, for parcels shipped from Türkiye, normally within 6 working days. Give a full address and a reachable phone number at checkout, and contact Trendyol rather than the courier alone if the order seems stuck.
Can I return a hygiene product to Trendyol from Oman?
No. Health and hygiene items cannot be returned, even within the 15 days. Everything else can go back free with a Trendyol return label, shipped from Oman. Check the product type before buying if you think you might change your mind.
Does my Trendyol return have to leave from Oman?
Yes. Returns from an Oman order must be shipped from Oman so they can clear customs. Posting the parcel from the UAE or another neighbour, or asking a traveller to carry it, does not meet the rule.
Why was shipping deducted from my Trendyol refund?
Most likely because you cancelled part of the order. When only some items are cancelled, Trendyol may keep the delivery charge back. Before removing a single item, weigh its price against the shipping fee shown in your order summary.
How do I work out the full cost of my Oman order?
Add the shipping shown in the order summary to the product prices; fees in Omani rials are not published elsewhere. Then compare that total with the price in a local shop, since delivery from Türkiye can change which option is cheaper.
What label do I need for a Trendyol return from Oman?
A Trendyol return label, which makes the return free within 15 days. Create it for the items going back, attach it to the parcel and send it from Oman. Health and hygiene products cannot be included.
