Splash Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns and customer service
Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated
In short
Splash runs a separate Saudi store, and this page covers what happens after checkout there: what delivery and cash payment add to the bill, how long parcels take, and how returns work. Keep two numbers in mind: SAR 17 on every cash-on-delivery order, and 14 days from delivery to send back anything that is not furniture.

Customer service
Saudi orders have their own help centre at helpsa.splashfashions.com, separate from the UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain ones. Its articles cover shipping, payments, refunds, cancellation, gift vouchers and Shukran, but the pages we opened give no phone number, email, chat hours or WhatsApp contact. Reach Splash through the contact options in that help centre and quote your order number.
Delivery fees and times
Two Saudi help articles carry the same title and disagree. One, last updated in February 2021, sets a SAR 10 charge for baskets under SAR 200 and nothing above it; the other says standard delivery has no charge at all. Both say the fee is displayed at checkout, so that line is the one to trust.
Parcels take 4 to 5 business days. The kingdom has no published express or same-day option.
Every order paid in cash carries an extra SAR 17, however large the basket. As a worked example, a SAR 180 order paid in cash would come to SAR 207 under the February 2021 page, with SAR 10 for delivery and SAR 17 for cash. Paid by card it would be SAR 190, and adding SAR 20 of items to reach SAR 200 would remove the delivery fee as well.
The Saudi help centre also has an article titled "How does Click & Collect work?". Its contents were not part of the pages we read, so the stores and any conditions are not covered here.
Tracking and cancellation
There is a Saudi help article called "How do I cancel my order?" and another on when orders arrive, but a cut-off time, the cancellation steps and a tracking method were not on the pages we read. If you want to stop an order, contact Splash through the help centre as soon as you decide, ideally before the parcel ships.
Returns
The Saudi returns policy allows 14 days from delivery for anything that is not furniture. The item goes back in its original packaging with the original invoice and every accessory, free gift and warranty card it came with. Splash does not swap sizes or colours; you return the piece and order again.
Excluded from returns: products showing wear or misuse, even under warranty; used, altered or assembled items unless faulty; intimate wear, swimwear, beachwear, jewellery and perfumes once opened; toiletries and cosmetics; opened nappies and maternity items; and bedding, towels and bathrobes out of their packs. Faulty products are taken back, and Splash may check the fault before it repairs or replaces the item.
- Open the parcel and check the fit promptly; the 14 days are counted from the day it reaches you.
- Set aside anything in an excluded group, such as opened swimwear or cosmetics.
- Repack the item in its original box or bag.
- Enclose the original invoice with any accessories, free gifts and warranty cards.
- Request the return through the Saudi help centre and keep a record of the request.
- If you still want the item in another size, order it separately.
Refunds
The Saudi help centre has an article on refunds for orders paid by credit or debit card, but its timing and steps were not on the pages we read. How long a refund takes, and whether the SAR 17 cash charge or the delivery fee comes back, is not stated there. Ask when you request the return.
Payment methods
You can pay with a Saudi or international card, PayPal, Tabby, a gift card, Shukran points or cash on delivery. mada is not named on its own, and Apple Pay and Tamara are not listed. The help centre also explains how to redeem a gift voucher and how existing Shukran members earn points on online orders.
Cash is the costly choice: SAR 17 per order, which outweighs the SAR 10 charged for delivering a small basket. For codes, see the Splash coupon page for Saudi Arabia.

Frequently asked questions
Why do Splash Saudi help pages show different delivery charges?
Because two versions of the same article are online. One, updated in February 2021, sets SAR 10 below SAR 200 and free delivery above; the other says standard delivery is free. Both point to checkout, where the actual fee appears before you pay, so read that line rather than relying on either page.
Is it possible to cancel a Splash Saudi order?
The help centre has an article on cancelling orders, but its steps and any deadline were not on the pages we read. Contact Splash through the Saudi help centre as soon as possible, with your order number. With parcels on the road for several business days, asking early gives the best chance of catching the order before it leaves.
Can I swap a Splash item for a different size in Saudi Arabia?
No, Splash does not offer exchanges. Return the item within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging with the invoice, and place a fresh order for the size you want. If the new order is under SAR 200 it may carry the SAR 10 delivery fee, so it can help to add it to a larger basket.
Can I return opened perfume or cosmetics bought from Splash?
No. The Saudi policy excludes toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics, and also lingerie, swimwear, beachwear and jewellery once the packaging has been opened. The exception is a product with a manufacturing defect, which Splash accepts back and may repair or replace after checking it. Report the fault within the 14-day window.
How do refunds work if I paid Splash by card?
Splash has a Saudi help article on exactly this, but its timing and steps were not part of what we read, so we cannot give a number of days. What the policy does make clear is that a return must arrive complete, with the invoice and any free gifts, before a refund can follow.
Does Splash accept mada or Apple Pay in Saudi Arabia?
Apple Pay is not on the Saudi list, and mada is not named on its own; the list says Saudi and international cards are accepted. If you hold a mada card, check whether it appears among the card options at checkout. Tabby and PayPal are the other online choices, and both avoid the SAR 17 cash charge.
