In short
For shoppers in Kuwait, this page explains the delivery charge, how quickly orders arrive, what the returns policy accepts and which payment options Splash's Kuwaiti site offers. The figures that matter most are KWD 18, the order value from which delivery is free, and 14 days after delivery to send items back.

Customer service
Kuwait has its own Splash help centre at helpkw.splashfashions.com. Its most-read articles cover Click & Collect, returns, refunds for card and for cash payments, cancelling, delivery charges, payment and Shukran. None of the pages we opened shows a telephone number, email or service hours, so the help centre's own contact options are the way to reach the team.
Delivery charges and timing
The current Kuwaiti delivery article charges KWD 2 when an order totals less than KWD 18, and nothing from KWD 18 upwards. An older Splash page gave KWD 9 as the free-delivery line, so if you meet that figure, go by the checkout page, where the charge is always shown before payment.
Orders reach Kuwaiti addresses within 2 to 3 business days. Kuwait has no published same-day or express option.
Paying cash adds KWD 1 to each order. So paying cash for KWD 15 of items brings the total to KWD 18, with KWD 2 for delivery and KWD 1 for cash. Adding KWD 3 of items to reach KWD 18 and paying by KNET would bring the extra cost down to nothing.
The help centre also has an article explaining Click & Collect. We did not read it, so which stores take part and how collection works are not covered here.
Cancelling and following an order
Splash Kuwait has a help article on cancelling an order, but its steps and any time limit were not on the pages we read, and no tracking method is described there either. With delivery taking only 2 to 3 business days, contact the help centre straight away if you need to stop an order.
Sending items back
In Kuwait, non-furniture products may be sent back for 14 days after delivery, in their original packaging, together with the original invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards from the order. There is no exchange service: to change a colour or size, return the product and then buy the one you want.
The policy refuses items that are worn, misused, used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective. Opened lingerie, underwear, swimwear, beachwear, jewellery and perfume cannot go back, nor can toiletries and cosmetics, opened nappies or nursing products, or bedding, pillows, towels and bathrobes taken out of their packaging. Defective products are taken back, and Splash may inspect them and repair or replace them at its discretion.
- Count 14 days from the delivery date and start before they run out.
- Check the product against the excluded list, paying attention to opened packs.
- Put the item back in its original packaging.
- Add the original invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards.
- Contact the Kuwait help centre to arrange the return.
- Buy the replacement size or colour as a new order if you want it.
Refunds
The Kuwaiti help centre has two refund articles, one for orders paid by credit or debit card and one for orders paid in cash. Their timing and method were not part of the pages we read, so refund times and whether the KWD 1 cash charge or the KWD 2 delivery charge is returned are not published here. Ask the help centre when you arrange the return.
Payment methods
The Kuwaiti payment article, updated in November 2025, lists Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, KNET, My Credit, Shukran points and cash on delivery. Shukran needs a balance of at least 250, and a slider at checkout shows the discount the points give.
Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, PayPal and gift cards are not on the Kuwaiti list. KNET is the local debit route and carries no cash fee. For codes and their status, see the Splash coupon page for Kuwait.

Frequently asked questions
Is My Credit accepted at Splash Kuwait?
Yes. My Credit appears on the Kuwaiti payment article alongside Visa and Mastercard cards, KNET, Shukran points and cash on delivery. Like the other online methods, it avoids the KWD 1 charge that Splash adds to each order paid in cash at the door.
Can I return swimwear or underwear bought from Splash Kuwait?
Only if the packaging is unopened. The Kuwaiti policy excludes lingerie, underwear, swimwear and beachwear once opened, along with opened jewellery and perfume. If such an item has a manufacturing defect, Splash takes defective products back and may repair or replace them, provided you are within 14 days of delivery.
What happens if a Splash item arrives faulty in Kuwait?
Splash takes it back. Defective products are accepted even if used or assembled, and Splash may check the fault before deciding to repair or replace the item. Return it within 14 days of delivery with the original packaging, invoice and any accessories, and describe the defect when you contact the help centre.
How do I stop a Splash Kuwait order I no longer want?
Contact the Kuwait help centre at once. It has an article on cancelling orders, but the steps and any cut-off were not on the pages we read. Delivery is quick, so there is little time; if the parcel has already come, the 14-day return route applies instead.
Does Splash Kuwait take Tabby, Apple Pay or gift cards?
None of them is on the Kuwaiti list. The payment article names Visa and Mastercard cards, KNET, My Credit, Shukran and cash on delivery. Gift cards and Tabby appear on Splash's UAE list, but that does not carry over to the Kuwaiti site, so pay by KNET or card instead.
What goes in the parcel when I return to Splash Kuwait?
The product in its original packaging, plus the original invoice and every accessory, promotional gift and warranty card from the order. Splash's Kuwaiti policy lists each of these. Missing pieces can stop a return being accepted, so check the box against your invoice before you hand it over.
