Delivery for Oman
Osma Perfumes is the shop at https://osmaperfumes.com. For a reader in Oman, The branch page names Muscat-area malls, including City Centre Muscat, Oman Mall and Avenues Mall. Outside Saudi Arabia the FAQ says 3 to 10 days and a fee of SAR 40 to 150, and some countries add customs. The same homepage banner says free delivery for orders above 249 and delivery within 2 hours, and it does not print a currency code next to 249. The FAQ does not repeat that free line or that 2 hour line, so both texts stay on this page. Prices and the FAQ fees are in SAR. A 5 percent offer has no cap and no minimum in the terms we were given. On SAR 200 it is SAR 10. The open button uses https://osmaperfumes.com.
Returns and the coupon rule in Oman
The return policy gives a Golden Warranty of 30 days from receiving the order, including used product, for damage, the wrong item, or a missing piece. The return fee on that page is SAR 25, and the original box is required. The FAQ says items bought with a coupon or a discount code cannot be returned or exchanged, and that a discount coupon cannot be combined with a special offer. Orders from outside Saudi Arabia and the GCC are not eligible, which leaves GCC orders inside the written rule. The FAQ says a branch return is allowed. The policy page says a website order cannot be returned in a physical branch. The branch page names Muscat-area malls, including City Centre Muscat, Oman Mall and Avenues Mall. Read both before you choose a counter. Refunds to the original method are described as 7 to 21 business days.
Paying from Oman
Payments listed on the shop include mada, cards, STC Pay, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, MISPay, Emkan, Madfu, the store wallet and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is described as a paid service, and the policy says the COD fee is taken off a refund if you return the order after delivery. The amount of that fee is not printed. Contacts are info@osma.sa, WhatsApp +966920034155 and mobile +966920015794. Five percent of a SAR 300 basket is SAR 15, and of a SAR 600 basket is SAR 30. Nothing in our terms limits that rate to new customers. The store's own FAQ still says a coupon purchase is outside the return window, which is a shop rule sitting next to the code, not a cap on the 5 percent.

- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 30 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.

- Five percent has no cap in our terms. SAR 400 is SAR 20 off.
- The FAQ says a coupon purchase cannot be returned. Decide before you pay if that matters.
