How Osma codes work

Those sentences are the shop's, read on the FAQ on 2 November 2026. They are not a cap we added to the 5 percent. Getting the most from the offer

Five percent is small next to a shipping fee, so read the fee first. The FAQ's Saudi range is SAR 20 to 30, which is already more than 5 percent of a SAR 200 bottle. The international range is SAR 40 to 150. The homepage banner, on the same day, said free delivery above 249 and delivery within 2 hours, without naming the currency. If the banner is applied, a SAR 249 basket is the line to clear and the FAQ fee may not appear. If the FAQ is applied, budget the range and ignore the 2 hour claim. The checkout is the only screen that chooses. A special offer on the product, if the FAQ is followed, blocks the coupon entirely, so a marked-down set may refuse the code rather than stack. That is the shop's sentence, not an extra exclusion we invented for full-price perfume.

Delivery and branches

Inside Saudi Arabia the FAQ says 24 to 48 hours in Riyadh and 1 to 4 days in other areas, with fees of SAR 20 to 30. Outside Saudi Arabia it says 3 to 10 days and SAR 40 to 150, plus possible customs. The banner's 2 hour and 249 lines are not in that FAQ. Branches on the published list include Saudi cities, UAE malls, Muscat, Doha, Manama and Nairobi. No Kuwait branch is named. A branch is not required for the online FAQ, and a website order faces a second conflict: the FAQ allows a branch return, and the policy page forbids returning a website order in store. GCC addresses are inside the return geography, because the policy excludes orders from outside Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Beyond the GCC, the policy says no return.

Paying for an Osma order

The shop lists mada, cards, STC Pay, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, MISPay, Emkan, Madfu, a store wallet and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is a paid service. The policy says that if you return after delivery, the COD fee is deducted from the refund, and it does not print the fee. Tabby and Tamara are instalments. A 5 percent code, once accepted, reduces the amount those plans split. Refunds the policy accepts go back to the original method in 7 to 21 business days.
