Customer service
H&M does not list a customer service phone number, email or opening hours for Saudi Arabia in the facts we hold, and its Saudi delivery and returns pages blocked our reader on 26 October 2026. The App Store listing for the H&M MENA app does not name a support channel either. For help with an order, start from the order details in your account or the app, and for an in-person answer about a return, H&M shops across the Kingdom accept online purchases as returns.
Delivery options and fees
Standard home delivery costs SAR 19. It becomes free once the order is above SAR 199. In practice, a basket of SAR 185 pays SAR 204 in total, while topping the basket up past SAR 199 removes the fee, which is often the better use of SAR 15 to SAR 20.
H&M does not publish Saudi delivery times, cities or express options in the facts we have, so rely on the date the checkout gives you. Cash on delivery appears among the payment options in the terms of sale, which means the parcel can be paid for at the door if you prefer.
Tracking an order
