Customer service
UAE shoppers can phone +971 4 439 7276 or email info@dabdoob.com. The address shown for the UAE is the Kuwait address, and no UAE location is listed.
Because the policy pages ask customers to raise problems by email, a short email after any phone call is useful: it fixes the date you asked for a return, which matters with a 2-week limit. No service hours are published.
Delivery across the emirates
Dabdoob does not publish delivery fees or times per emirate, and the UAE terms say nothing about delivery beyond asking for shipping information at checkout. The basket shows the delivery charge, and if timing matters, for a birthday for example, ask on +971 4 439 7276 before ordering.
The policy places transit risk on the customer: Dabdoob says it checks and packs items carefully but is not liable for damage in transport. Unbox the order the day it arrives and keep photos of any breakage.
Order changes and cancellations
There is no written customer cancellation right in the UAE policy or terms. Dabdoob itself may cancel if stock runs out or an item fails an inventory or quality check, telling you in advance, and may also refuse or cancel orders over pricing errors or suspected fraud. If you need to change your order, phone or email the UAE contacts straight away.
How to return an item
A product that is faulty or not what you wanted can go back within 2 weeks, in the packaging it was delivered in. The UAE page does not say when the two weeks begin.

- Book and pay for the return courier yourself, even on an order that shipped free.
- Dabdoob checks the item once it is received.

Refunds
The UAE policy covers refunds of online payments: on a return after inspection, and on a cancelled order after the team confirms. Allow up to 14 working days. It does not say how cash-on-delivery payments are refunded, so ask before you return a cash order.
Helium balloons cannot be refunded or exchanged. Expired wallet credit cannot be refunded either.
Payment and wallet
Prices on the UAE storefront are in AED. The terms mention card details and a billing address, plus other payment methods they do not name, so the checkout screen is the only reliable list.

Do I get the delivery fee back when I return something?
The UAE policy does not promise that, and it adds a cost: you pay to send the item back, even if the original delivery was free. Before returning a low-priced toy, compare the courier cost with the refund you expect after inspection.
My order was cancelled because an item was out of stock. What now?
Dabdoob may cancel for stock or quality-check reasons and says it will notify you in advance. For an online payment, the refund is issued after the team confirms, with processing of up to 14 working days. If you paid cash on delivery, ask the UAE team how they will settle it.
Which country’s law applies to my UAE order?
Dabdoob’s terms say they are governed by the laws of the country from which the order is dispatched, without naming that country for UAE orders. If a dispute matters to you, ask the UAE team where your order ships from and keep copies of your order confirmation and emails.
