Dabdoob’s policy pages direct complaints and questions to email. For anything time-sensitive, such as a damaged toy or a wrong item, calling the Kuwait number and then confirming by email gives you both a quick answer and a written record. Dabdoob does not publish customer-service hours on the pages we read.

Delivery in Kuwait

Neither the Kuwait terms nor the Kuwait return policy puts a price, a timeframe or a free-shipping bar on delivery. These details appear during checkout in the app or on the site, so look at the delivery line before paying, or ask on +965 2220 9284 if you need a gift to arrive by a certain date.

One point the policy does settle is transit damage: Dabdoob packs with care but disclaims responsibility for anything broken on the road. Unbox on arrival and take photos of any breakage before you get in touch.

Order changes and cancellations

The published rules describe when Dabdoob can cancel, not how a customer cancels. Dabdoob may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or fails an inventory or quality check, and says it will tell you in advance. Its terms also allow it to refuse or cancel orders over pricing or description errors or suspected fraud.

If you want to change or cancel your own order, contact the Kuwait team as early as possible, since there is no written deadline to rely on. If an order paid online is cancelled, the money is refunded once the team confirms the request.

How to return an item

A product that is faulty or simply not right can be sent back within a two-week period. It must come back in the packaging Dabdoob originally sent, and you pay the return shipping.

1. Keep the toy and its original packaging intact; returns are only accepted in that packaging.
2. Contact Dabdoob Kuwait on +965 2220 9284 or info.kw@dabdoob.com within 2 weeks, giving the order number and the reason.
3. Arrange and pay for the return shipping, even if your order originally shipped free.
4. Dabdoob inspects the item when it arrives back.
5. If it meets the return conditions, the refund is processed, which can take up to 14 working days.

Refunds

For returns, the refund follows the inspection, and processing may take up to 14 working days. For orders cancelled by Dabdoob, online payments are refunded once the team confirms. The policy does not describe how cash-on-delivery orders are refunded, so ask the Kuwait team how you will receive the money before you send anything back.

Helium balloons are excluded from refunds and exchanges under the terms, so treat them as final purchases.

Payment, wallet and referrals

Prices on the Kuwait storefront are in KWD. Dabdoob’s terms mention paying by card, with card number, expiry date and billing address, and refer to other payment methods without naming them, so check the options at checkout.

Wallet credit expires one year from the date it is issued unless stated otherwise, and expired balances cannot be restored or refunded. Referral cashback lands in your wallet when a new user you referred places an order, and can be reversed if that order is returned or cancelled.
