Dabdoob Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns and customer service

Customer service

For Saudi orders, the number to call is +966 11 250 2767, and the office address given is in Riyadh’s Al Sulay district. Our Saudi facts do not include a Saudi-specific email, and the policy pages hide their email address behind protection code, so the phone line is the most direct route.

Customer-service hours are not published. When you call, have your order number ready and, for returns, a description of the problem with the item.

Delivery in Saudi Arabia

Neither the Saudi terms nor the Saudi return page sets out delivery fees, timings or a free-delivery threshold, and we could not find the threshold on Dabdoob’s own pages. The cart is where the delivery charge appears, so check it there with Saudi Arabia selected as your country.

Inspect toys and baby items on arrival. Dabdoob disclaims responsibility for breakage on the road, which makes a quick check and photos on delivery day your best protection.

Order changes and cancellations

The Saudi policy gives no customer cancellation procedure. What it does say is that Dabdoob can cancel an order when stock runs out or an item fails an inventory or quality check, with advance notice to you, and that online payments on cancelled orders are refunded once the team confirms. The terms also allow cancellation over price or description errors.

How to return an item

Dabdoob’s Saudi page allows 2 weeks to return a faulty or unsatisfactory product. The page does not say whether the two weeks run from purchase or delivery, so act early.

1. Leave the product in the packaging Dabdoob sent it in.
2. Call +966 11 250 2767 within 2 weeks with your order number and reason for returning.
3. Send the item back at your own cost; Dabdoob does not cover return shipping.
4. Wait for Dabdoob to inspect the returned item.
5. Once it passes the check, the refund is processed, taking up to 14 working days.

Refunds

Expect up to 14 working days between approval and the money arriving. Online payments are covered by the policy; cash-on-delivery refunds are not described, so ask the Saudi team how the money will reach you if you paid in cash.

Two items never come back as money: helium balloons, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and expired wallet credit.

Payment and wallet

The Saudi storefront prices in SAR. The terms refer to card payments and to unnamed other methods, so the full list of options is only visible at checkout.

Wallet credits last one year from issue unless stated otherwise. Referral cashback goes to your wallet when a new user you invited places an order, and may be taken back if that order is returned or cancelled. Codes and offers are covered on the Dabdoob Saudi coupon page.
