Centrepoint Bahrain: delivery, returns and customer service

Reviewed by Huda SalehUpdated

In short

This is a practical guide to Centrepoint orders in Bahrain: delivery timing and fees, returns, refunds and payment, drawn from the Bahrain help centre. Two figures to keep in mind: a 15-day return window, and a delivery fee of just BHD 1 on baskets below BHD 20.

Customer service

Bahrain’s help centre is at helpbh.centrepointstores.com. Its most-read list covers delivery timing, Click & Collect, returns, refunds for card and for cash payments, cancelling, delivery charges, payment, gift vouchers and earning Shukran points online.

The articles we read do not include a phone number, email address or opening hours. If an article does not answer your question, use the contact option inside the help centre.

Delivery times and fees

A May 2025 article sets delivery at BHD 1 for orders below BHD 20, and free from BHD 20. Because the fee is small, topping up a basket only makes sense if you want the extra item anyway.

Timing depends on the clock and the day. Place the order by 3:30pm on any day from Saturday to Thursday and it is due the next business day. After 3:30pm, or on a Friday, the estimate is 2 to 3 business days. That timing article was last edited in February 2020, so compare it with the date shown at checkout.

Tracking, collection and changes

Delivery details for your address appear at checkout as you shop, and the order can be followed from your account once placed. The help centre also has a How does Click & Collect work? article for Bahrain; we did not read it, so check it for collection points. Editing a placed order is not explained in the pages we read.

Cancelling

Bahrain has a How do I cancel my order? article in its popular list. We did not read its content, so we cannot give a deadline; with next-business-day delivery, check it promptly.

Returning an item

Bahrain allows 15 days from delivery to return non-furniture products, in original packaging with the invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards. Not accepted: worn or misused items; used, altered, assembled or installed products unless defective; toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics; opened lingerie, jewellery, nappies and nursing or maternity items; bedding, towels, bathrobes and kids’ products taken out of packaging; and smartwatches.

Defective products are taken back and inspected, then repaired or replaced at Centrepoint’s discretion. There is no exchange service for size or colour.

  1. Count 15 days from the delivery date and check the item is returnable.
  2. Pack it in its original packaging.
  3. Include the invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty card.
  4. Start the return from your account or the help centre.

Refunds

Bahrain’s help centre treats refunds in two articles: one for card payments and one for cash payments. We did not read either, so we cannot give timings. Open the one that matches how you paid.

Payment methods

Bahrain checkout offers Visa and Mastercard, Benefit, cash on delivery, PayPal and Shukran points. Centrepoint gift vouchers can also be redeemed; the help centre has an article on how. No cash-on-delivery fee is given for Bahrain in what we read.

Frequently asked questions

How many days do I have to return a Centrepoint order in Bahrain?

Fifteen days from delivery for non-furniture products. The count starts on the day the parcel reaches you, not the order date, so a late delivery does not eat into the window. The item must be in its original packaging with the invoice, accessories, any promotional gift and the warranty card.

If I order on Friday, when will it arrive?

Friday orders fall outside the next-business-day service, so allow 2 to 3 business days. The same applies to orders placed after 3:30pm on other days. For next-business-day delivery, order before 3:30pm between Saturday and Thursday, and check the date shown at checkout.

Can I pay Centrepoint Bahrain with Benefit?

Yes. Benefit is on the Bahrain payment list along with Visa and Mastercard cards, PayPal, cash on delivery and Shukran points. Gift vouchers can also be used. If you might return the item, note that the help centre has separate refund articles for card and cash payments.

Is it worth adding items to reach BHD 20?

Usually only if you want them. The fee below BHD 20 is BHD 1, so an order of BHD 17 costs BHD 18 delivered. Adding a BHD 3 item to reach the threshold saves the BHD 1 fee but costs BHD 2 more in total.

Can I return perfume or a smartwatch in Bahrain?

No for both. Toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics are excluded from returns, and smartwatches cannot be returned or exchanged. The exception is a defective product: Centrepoint accepts it back, checks the fault and then repairs or replaces it at its discretion.

How do I earn Shukran points on online orders?

Bahrain’s help centre has a dedicated article for existing Shukran members on earning points from online purchases, and Shukran points can also be spent at checkout. We did not read the earning rules themselves, so check that article and make sure your Shukran membership is linked before you order.
