How to use ZZ93
- Add items worth at least AED 150 to your basket in the Cartlow app or website.
- At checkout, paste ZZ93 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names ZZ93 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a Cartlow code
- Open the Cartlow shop for your country: https://cartlow.com/uae/en in the UAE, or https://cartlow.com/saudi/en in Saudi Arabia.
- Add the item and check the grade: clearance, open-box or refurbished. ZZ93 is 15% off.
- The UAE cap is AED 30 on a minimum of AED 150. The Saudi cap is SAR 30 on a minimum of SAR 150.
- Enter ZZ93 and read the discount. A larger basket does not save more than 30 in that currency.
- Read the weight fee. UAE bands are AED 13, 19 and 49. Saudi bands are SAR 16, 23 and 49.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
ZZ93 is 15% off at https://cartlow.com/uae/en, the Cartlow shop for the UAE, capped at AED 30 once the basket reaches AED 150. Prices on this shop are in AED. A basket of 200 AED would be 30 AED at 15 percent, and the cap stops it there. A basket of 400 AED is still AED 30 off, not 60. Below AED 150 the code was not written to apply. No end date was set. The UAE FAQ, which also prints the Saudi bands, prices shipping by weight: small items AED 13, medium items AED 19, heavy items AED 49. That fee is added on the invoice. The same FAQ gives two delivery clocks, 3 to 5 business days and 1 to 3 business days. The shipping policy adds a third: standard shipping of 3 to 5 business days, and two-day shipping for Cartlow store products. The courier confirms the slot. Cartlow says it ships to most addresses in the UAE.
Returns in the UAE
The return window is 10 days from delivery, and only for eligible products. A quality check decides the request. Change of mind, or not liking the item, is charged a shipping cost. Electronics, laptops and mobiles have to come back in the original packaging, sealed or sold as never-used, with the booklet and accessories. If a never-used unit was activated or used, the return is declined unless there is a manufacturing defect. Underwear, lingerie, swimwear and socks are not eligible. Certified pieces without their certificates are rejected, and so is anything resized or altered. If a declined return cannot be delivered back twice, Cartlow holds it three business days at the hub and up to 30 days in total. Claiming it after that costs AED 100. Cash-on-delivery refunds go to the Cartlow wallet. A card payment can return to the card or to the wallet, after inspection. Raise the request from My Orders with Create Dispute. Hello@cartlow.com is the address on the UAE FAQ.
The cap, and the grades
ZZ93 does not remove the weight fee. In the UAE a small parcel is AED 13, a medium one AED 19 and a heavy one AED 49. On a AED 150 basket the 15 percent is 22.50 AED, under the AED 30 cap, so the saving is 22.50 AED before that shipping line. On a 300 AED basket the uncapped 15 percent would be 45 AED, and the cap cuts it to AED 30. The FAQ says every product comes with 12 months of warranty, and that Cartlow provides it. The warranty page is narrower: electronics carry 12 months when the product description includes a warranty, Cartlow collects the unit, and a repair can take up to 10 business days after the repair centre receives it, longer if a part is missing. Large items may be repaired on site. Grades explain the low prices: clearance can have worn packaging and a new item inside, open-box has been opened and not used, and refurbished has been tested and graded after some use. The grades are not a cap on ZZ93. Read the grade on the product before you pay. The UAE FAQ prints +971 (04) 5616814.

Before you pay at Cartlow in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 10 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Cartlow in the UAE
- Enter ZZ93 on https://cartlow.com/uae/en only. The cap is AED 30 and the minimum is AED 150.
- A basket under AED 150 was not given this code. A large basket still stops at AED 30.
- Add the weight fee: AED 13, AED 19 or AED 49.
- Read the grade. Clearance, open-box and refurbished are not the same item.

Does the cap change the grade?
No. Clearance, open-box and refurbished are how Cartlow explains the price. ZZ93 is still 15% off, stopped at AED 30, from AED 150. A worn box on a clearance unit is not an extra discount and not a reason to ignore the grade.
Is there a Cartlow page outside the UAE?
This guide lists the UAE and Saudi Arabia only. Each has its own shop, its own currency and the same 15 percent with a cap of 30 and a minimum of 150 in that currency. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are not given a page here.
