How the Cartlow code works
ZZ93 is 15% off with a hard stop at 30 in local currency, and it starts at a basket of 150 in that currency. In the UAE the cap is AED 30 and the minimum is AED 150. In Saudi Arabia the cap is SAR 30 and the minimum is SAR 150. Fifteen percent of 200 is 30, so the cap is already reached on a modest basket. Fifteen percent of 1,000 would be 150, and the code still takes off 30. No end date was set, and no new-customer test was set. The two shops do not share a currency. A dirham code on the Saudi host is the wrong shop, and the reverse is also the wrong shop. This guide does not open Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman. The parent site is https://cartlow.com. What Cartlow is selling
The FAQ describes three grades. Clearance is wholesale stock whose packaging may be worn, with a new item inside. Open-box is wholesale returns that were opened and not used. Refurbished is liquidation stock that may have been used a little or a lot, then tested, graded and certified. You pay for the grade. ZZ93 does not change a refurbished phone into a new one, and it does not add a fourth grade. The same FAQ says the products are original and checked by experts. It also says every product comes with 12 months of warranty provided by Cartlow, and a 10-day return. The warranty page is more careful: electronics carry 12 months when the description includes a warranty, Cartlow collects the unit, and repairs can take up to 10 business days after the centre has it. Keep both sentences. The grade and the warranty line on the product are the ones that apply to that item.
Shipping is not part of the 15%
The UAE FAQ prints both countries' shipping bands, and they are not the same. In the UAE a small item is AED 13, a medium item AED 19 and a heavy item AED 49, across the emirates. In Saudi Arabia a small item is SAR 16, a medium item SAR 23 and a heavy item SAR 49, across the districts. The fee is added to the invoice. ZZ93's cap of 30 can be smaller than a heavy-item fee, so a discounted fridge or a television can still cost more to ship than the code saves. The delivery clocks disagree with each other. One FAQ answer says about 3 to 5 business days. A later answer on the same page says about 1 to 3 business days. The shipping policy says standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days, and two business days for Cartlow store products. The courier contacts you to set the time. Cartlow says it ships to most addresses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It does not print a free-shipping threshold, so this page does not invent one.
Returns in both countries
The return request is 10 days from the first delivery, for eligible products, and a quality check can reject it. Change of mind and not liking the product are charged shipping. Electronics, laptops and mobiles need the original packaging and, for a defect, the booklet and accessories. A never-used item that was activated is declined unless the fault is from manufacturing. Apparel such as underwear, swimwear and socks cannot be returned. Certified goods need their certificates. A resized or altered item is refused. If Cartlow cannot deliver a rejected return twice, it holds the goods three business days at the hub and 30 days in all, then charges AED 100 or SAR 100 to claim them. Cash on delivery is refunded to the Cartlow wallet. A card can be refunded to the card or to the wallet after inspection. The path is My Orders, then Create Dispute. None of this raises the ZZ93 cap above 30.
When ZZ93 is rejected
Start on the host that matches the address. The UAE shop is cartlow.com/uae/en. The Saudi shop is cartlow.com/saudi/en. A basket under 150 in local currency was not given this code, so AED 140 or SAR 140 is a predicted miss. A basket far above 150 is not a predicted miss: the discount should show and then stop at 30. If the field shows more than 30 off, do not rely on it, because the terms we were given stop there. The grade, the weight fee and the 10-day return are not reasons the code was written to fail. A second offer on the same basket can still be. Remove it and try ZZ93 alone. If it still fails, write to hello@cartlow.com with the country, the basket and the message. - Add the item and check the grade: clearance, open-box or refurbished. ZZ93 is 15% off.
- The UAE cap is AED 30 on a minimum of AED 150. The Saudi cap is SAR 30 on a minimum of SAR 150.
- Enter ZZ93 and read the discount. A larger basket does not save more than 30 in that currency.
- Read the weight fee. UAE bands are AED 13, 19 and 49. Saudi bands are SAR 16, 23 and 49.

How do returns work?
10 days from delivery for eligible items, then a quality check. Change of mind pays shipping. Electronics need the original box. An activated never-used unit is declined unless it has a manufacturing defect. Cash on delivery is refunded to the wallet. Open a dispute from My Orders.
Who warrants the device?
Cartlow, according to the FAQ, for 12 months on all products. The warranty page limits that to electronics whose description includes a warranty, with collection and a repair that can take up to 10 business days after receipt.
