Delivery in Saudi Arabia
BL18 is 7% off at https://beluar-fr.com, the Saudi fragrance shop Beluar (بلوار, also written بيلوار). Prices are in SAR. No cap and no end date were set. Seven percent of SAR 200 is SAR 14. Seven percent of SAR 700 is SAR 49. The shipping page, read on 4 November 2026, says delivery inside Riyadh takes from one working day to nine, and outside Riyadh from two working days to nine. In seasons and sales the same page says shipping can take 20 days or more. It asks you to answer the courier and collect quickly. A delivery fee was not printed as a number, so it is not guessed here. The shop describes itself as a Saudi brand with five years in fragrance: scent devices, fragrance oils, niche perfume, air fresheners and hair perfume. This guide has a Saudi page only.
Returns and exchanges
Perfume, oils and scent devices can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the day the order arrives, for a fee of SAR 50, if they are unused and still in the original packaging, and if that packaging has not been opened. Perfume cannot be returned or exchanged after the original wrap is opened and the perfume is used. A scent device with a manufacturing fault can be returned or swapped after inspection. Damage from poor storage, misuse, or fitting the wrong voltage is outside that. If the inspection finds no fault, the device is sent back to you. If you refuse the parcel, or you do not answer the courier, you pay SAR 35 for sending it back. A refund takes from 7 to 14 days after the product is checked. A manufacturing fault is excepted: the page says the exchange is within 7 days of receipt after you write to customer care on WhatsApp 966593910321. Branches across the Kingdom do not accept a return or an exchange of an online order. The branch policy is a different page. BL18 does not cancel the SAR 50 fee.
Contacts, and what 7% does not pay
The complaints page lists X as @Beluar_f, Instagram as beluar_fr, and WhatsApp as 0593910321. The returns page writes the same WhatsApp with the country code, 966593910321. The shop's own description says five years in fragrance. A national-day cashback page offers SAR 20, capped at SAR 20, only on the Beluar competition bundles, not on cash on delivery, added when the order is delivered, and valid for one month. That cashback is not BL18. A return cancels the cashback earned on that order. BL18 is 7% off with no cap we were given and no end date. It does not pay the SAR 50 return fee or the SAR 35 fee for a refused parcel. Read the discount line in SAR before you pay.
