Babyshop Kuwait: delivery, returns and customer service

Getting help

Kuwait has its own Babyshop help centre at helpkw.babyshopstores.com. None of the Kuwait articles we read gives a phone number, email or support hours, so raise order questions through the help centre or your account.

Delivery in Kuwait

Kuwait's help article keeps it simple: regular products arrive in 2 to 3 business days, and no cut-off time or same-day service is mentioned. Furniture and other items that need assembly get a delivery date and time that you choose at checkout. The delivery details for your basket appear on the checkout page as you shop.

The free-delivery level needs a quick check. Babyshop's app listing, updated in October 2026, puts it at KWD 18. A help page written earlier puts it at KWD 20, with a KWD 2 fee under that. For a basket worth, say, KWD 19, read the delivery line at checkout before paying.

Tracking, changes and cancelling

Babyshop Kuwait does not publish guidance on tracking, changing or cancelling an order in the articles we read. With a 2 to 3 business day window, contact the help centre as soon as you spot a problem.

Returns

You can return non-furniture products within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging, with the invoice and all accessories, plus any promotional gifts and warranty cards. The Kuwait list of exclusions is detailed: used, altered, assembled or installed products unless defective; lingerie and jewellery; disposable, nursing and maternity items such as nappies and bottle warmers once opened; toiletries, perfumes and cosmetics; and bedding, mattresses, bath products, pillows, towels and similar items taken out of their packaging. Wear or damage from misuse also rules out a return, warranty or not.

Faulty products come back regardless, and Babyshop may inspect them and then repair or replace at its discretion. Exchanges are not offered: return the item, then buy the colour or size you want.

1. Confirm you are within 14 days of delivery and that the product is not furniture or on the exclusion list.
2. Pack it in the original packaging with the invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty card.
3. If you are returning only part of an order, work out whether the remaining total stays above the free-delivery level.
4. Request the return through the Babyshop Kuwait help centre or your account.
5. Buy any replacement as a new order, since exchanges are not offered.

Refunds after a partial return

The rule that matters in Kuwait concerns partial returns. If sending back part of an order pulls what you keep below the free-shipping level, the delivery charge is taken out of your refund. For example, on a KWD 22 order that shipped free, returning a KWD 6 item leaves KWD 16, under both the KWD 18 and KWD 20 figures, so expect shipping to be deducted. Refund timing by payment method is not stated in the articles we read.

Paying for your order

The Kuwait payment article lists Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, cash on delivery, My Credit, KNET and Shukran points, which need a minimum balance of 250. Cash on delivery carries no extra charge in Kuwait. Tabby, PayPal and gift cards are not on the Kuwait list.
