How to use a Almajed Oud code
- Choose the right shop: sa.almajed4oud.com for Saudi Arabia or uae.almajed4oud.com for the UAE.
- Add your perfumes, oud or bakhoor to the cart and check whether the basket has reached the free-delivery level of 99 in local currency.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the coupon box at checkout and press apply before choosing payment.
- Make sure the total goes down; if the code is refused, do not keep retrying the same one, as shared codes may simply not work.
- Pick cash on delivery, a card or an instalment option and place the order.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Delivery from uae.almajed4oud.com is free on orders of AED 99 and above. Under that amount the shipping charge is AED 30, which can be close to half the price of a small bakhoor or air freshener order.
The UAE timing is broader than in Saudi Arabia: 2 to 7 working days anywhere in the country, with no faster option published. If you are buying a gift for a fixed date, order at least a week ahead.
Cash on delivery adds AED 11. Put together, a AED 70 order paid in cash would carry AED 41 in extra charges, while the same order topped up to AED 99 and paid by card carries none. The UAE policy we read was published on the Saudi site, so if a figure at checkout differs, the checkout is the one that applies.
Returns and refunds in the UAE
UAE returns are free and follow a 7-day window from the day you receive the parcel. The product has to be unopened and in its original condition, and you need the original invoice.
Custom-filled and engraved items are not accepted back. Neither is part of a bundle offer: if you bought a set, the whole set has to be returned together.
You can return through the online process or hand the item in at one of Almajed Oud's UAE branches, which is often quicker if one is near you. The UAE policy does not state how long the refund takes to reach you, and no UAE customer service number is published on the pages we read, so keep your invoice and order number until the money is back.
Paying in the UAE
The UAE shop takes Visa and Mastercard, and cash on delivery for AED 11 per order.
Almajed Oud also states that orders in both of its online markets can be split into 4 interest-free instalments. The UAE terms do not name the instalment provider, and Tabby and Tamara are not listed for the UAE, so look at the payment step to see which plan is offered.
Apple Pay is not mentioned. As there is no working code to bring the price down, the payment method is where you can save: a card payment avoids the AED 11 cash charge, and an order of AED 99 or more avoids the AED 30 delivery fee.

Before you pay at Almajed Oud in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 99; below that it costs AED 30. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for AED 11. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 7 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Almajed Oud in the UAE
- AED 30 delivery applies under AED 99, so top up a small order rather than paying the fee.
- Allow up to 7 working days for delivery anywhere in the UAE.
- Hand returns in at a UAE branch if one is close; keep the invoice with the item.
- Pay by card to avoid the AED 11 cash-on-delivery charge.
