How to use a Almajed Oud code
- Choose the right shop: sa.almajed4oud.com for Saudi Arabia or uae.almajed4oud.com for the UAE.
- Add your perfumes, oud or bakhoor to the cart and check whether the basket has reached the free-delivery level of 99 in local currency.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the coupon box at checkout and press apply before choosing payment.
- Make sure the total goes down; if the code is refused, do not keep retrying the same one, as shared codes may simply not work.
- Pick cash on delivery, a card or an instalment option and place the order.
Delivery and fees in KSA
Orders on sa.almajed4oud.com ship free from SAR 99. Below that, a shipping charge of SAR 23 applies, which on a SAR 60 bakhoor order adds more than a third to the bill.
Speed depends on the city. Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah receive orders in 4 to 48 hours, the quickest window on either Almajed Oud site. Other cities take up to 72 hours, and the policy also mentions up to 5 days for some deliveries, so allow extra time if you are outside the four main cities.
If you choose to pay cash when the parcel arrives, add SAR 15 to the total. A card or mada payment on a basket of SAR 99 or more is the combination that adds nothing on top of the product price.
Returns and refunds in Saudi Arabia
Returns in Saudi Arabia cost nothing, provided you follow the conditions. Send the product back within 7 days of receiving it, still unopened and in the condition it arrived, together with the original invoice. Keep the box and receipt until you are sure you will keep the item.
Two kinds of purchase are treated differently. Perfumes that were filled to order or engraved for you are not returnable, so personalise a bottle only when you are certain. Bundle offers can come back, but only as a full set.
You can also skip the courier and return to an Almajed Oud branch. Once the return is accepted, the refund takes 1 to 15 working days. For help, call 920020088 or message the same number on WhatsApp, Sunday to Thursday between 8 AM and 10 PM.
Paying in Saudi Arabia
The Saudi shop accepts mada, Visa and Mastercard, and cash on delivery for a SAR 15 fee.
It also offers five instalment services: Tabby, Tamara, Madfu, MisPay and Emkan. That is useful for larger purchases such as oud oils or gift sets, where splitting the payment can make a high-end item easier to budget for. Each provider sets its own plan, so compare them at checkout.
Since there is no working code to apply, the payment method is one of the few places you can control the final price. Choosing mada or a card over cash saves SAR 15 on every order. Apple Pay is not listed on the Saudi pages we read, so we list it as not published.

Before you pay at Almajed Oud in Saudi Arabia
- Check that the site shows SAR prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from SAR 99; below that it costs SAR 23. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available for SAR 15. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tabby and Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 7 days to return, and returns are free. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 15% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.
Tips for saving at Almajed Oud in Saudi Arabia
- A SAR 23 shipping charge applies under SAR 99, so pair a bakhoor or oil with a second item.
- Pay by mada or card instead of cash to save the SAR 15 fee.
- Only personalise or engrave a bottle when you are sure, because those cannot be returned.
- Return in person at a branch if you want to avoid arranging a courier.
