How to use UBCAE5
- Add items to your basket in the Ubuy app or website.
- At checkout, paste UBCAE5 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names UBCAE5 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a Ubuy code
- Open the Ubuy site for your own country (for example ubuy.ae or ubuy.com.kw) or the app, and add the items to your cart.
- Go to checkout and pick your shipping option; the fee is worked out there from weight, size and speed.
- Enter the promo code in the coupon field at checkout and check that the discount appears on the product total.
- Decide whether to pay customs upfront or on delivery, where both are offered; the code does not reduce shipping or customs.
- Pay. The discount is instant, so the order total you confirm is the one you are charged, before any duties due on delivery.
Delivery and fees in Kuwait
Ubuy Kuwait does not publish a free-delivery minimum or a standard delivery fee in the pages we read; both are marked not published. Because the products are shipped in from abroad, the delivery charge and any customs are part of the cost you should look at before applying a code, and the reported Kuwaiti code does not reduce either of them.
The one firm delivery rule we have for Kuwait is about what happens after the parcel arrives. Damage has to be reported within 3 days, and that short window is what decides whether your shipping fees come back in full on a return. So open the box on the day it arrives, check the item against the order, and photograph any problem straight away. If you plan to pay cash on delivery, have the amount ready, since the courier collects it at the door.
Returns and refunds in Kuwait
Kuwait has the longest return window of any Ubuy site in our records. According to its return-policy page, most cases allow 14 days from delivery, which is twice what Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman offer.
The catch is the shipping money. If an item arrives damaged or defective, Ubuy Kuwait refunds the shipping fees in full; if you are returning it because you changed your mind, those fees are not refunded. Damage must be flagged within 3 days of delivery, well inside the 14-day window, so do not wait until the end of the period to raise a fault. Once a return is accepted, the help pages put the refund at 3 to 7 business days. Keep the original packaging and your order details together until the money has arrived.
Paying in Kuwait
Kuwait gives you more ways to pay Ubuy than any other Gulf site in our records. The help pages list KNET, Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery, and Tamara is available to split a purchase into three payments.
Cash on delivery covers every product except digital cards, so gift cards and similar codes need to be paid online. No fee for cash on delivery is published. KNET is the natural choice if you prefer to pay from a local bank account without a credit card. Tabby and Apple Pay are not mentioned for Kuwait. Whichever method you use, the reported 5% code is applied to the product total before payment, while shipping and customs stay at full price, so check the final breakdown on the payment screen.

Before you pay at Ubuy in Kuwait
- Check that the site shows KWD prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card or with a pay-later plan avoids that fee.
- Tamara split the total after the code is applied, so you still keep the discount.
- You have 14 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- There is no VAT in Kuwait as of October 2026, so the price you see is the price you pay, apart from delivery.
Tips for saving at Ubuy in Kuwait
- Inspect the parcel on the day it arrives; a fault flagged after 3 days may cost you the shipping refund.
- Buying a digital card? Pay by KNET or card, because cash on delivery does not cover it.
- If you are unsure about an item, remember a change-of-mind return in Kuwait leaves you paying the shipping.
- Spreading a large import over Tamara's three payments can make sense, as the 5% code does not touch shipping or customs.

Frequently asked questions

We list 1 code for Ubuy in Kuwait, but none has strong evidence yet. The best lead is UBCAE5 (5% off everything), last checked on 18 Oct 2026. Try it, and tell us below whether it worked.
How many Ubuy codes does Coupons Radar list for Kuwait?
As of 18 October 2026, Coupons Radar lists 1 live offer for Ubuy in Kuwait: 0 from the store itself and 1 listed on coupon sites. Ubuy in Kuwait: no published free-delivery minimum; returns within 14 days. Codes that stop working move to the expired list with their end date.
Can I pay cash on delivery at Ubuy Kuwait?
Yes. The help pages list cash on delivery alongside KNET, Visa and Mastercard. It is available for every product except digital cards, which must be paid online. No fee for paying cash on delivery is published, so check the payment screen before you confirm the order.
Can I pay for Ubuy Kuwait orders in instalments?
Yes. Tamara is listed for Kuwait and splits the purchase into three payments. Tabby is not mentioned in the Kuwaiti facts we hold. If you use Tamara, the 5% code still reduces only the product price, so the instalments also cover shipping and customs at full cost.
How many days do I have to return an item in Kuwait?
14 days after delivery, in most cases, according to Ubuy Kuwait's return-policy page. That is longer than any other Ubuy site in our records. Damage, however, has to be reported within 3 days, so check the item as soon as it arrives rather than waiting.
Will Ubuy Kuwait refund my shipping fees on a return?
Only if the item is damaged or defective. In that case the shipping fees are refunded in full. If you return something because you changed your mind, the shipping is not refunded. Report damage within 3 days of delivery so the claim is treated as a fault.
How long does a Ubuy Kuwait refund take?
3 to 7 business days, according to the Kuwaiti help pages. The clock starts once the return has been accepted. If you paid cash on delivery, check with Ubuy how the money will be returned, since the help pages we read do not describe it.
Is there a free delivery minimum on Ubuy Kuwait?
Not published. Ubuy Kuwait does not give a dinar threshold for free delivery or a standard delivery fee in the pages we read. Since items are imported, look at the shipping and customs lines at checkout, because the discount code does not reduce either of them.
Does the Kuwait code work for existing customers?
Yes, as listed. The 5% code reported for Kuwait is described for all customers with no minimum spend. It is reported by one listing site rather than published by Ubuy, and it shares its name with the UAE code, so if it fails on the Kuwaiti site, it may simply not be meant for it.
Why does my Ubuy code not lower the total much in Kuwait?
Because it skips shipping and customs. The Kuwait listing says the 5% applies to products only, so on an import where delivery and duties are a large share, the saving looks small against the total. Compare the product subtotal before and after the code to see the real effect.
