How Ubuy codes work
Every Ubuy code in our records is a percentage discount of 5%, applied instantly at checkout and listed for all customers with no minimum spend. We found codes for Kuwait, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. For Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, no country-specific codes turned up on 18 October 2026. All of them are reported by coupon listing sites, each by a single site, rather than published by Ubuy itself.
The most important limit is what the percentage applies to. The listings for Kuwait and the UAE state that the discount does not cover shipping or customs, and on an imported order those can be a large part of the bill. So a 5% code on a heavy item with high shipping saves less, in relative terms, than the headline suggests. One Saudi listing says its 5% also applies to items already on sale, but it was last seen in August 2026 and does not clearly name a country, so treat it with care. In the UAE, the same listing site describes its code both as 5% sitewide and as 10% off a first order; Ubuy has not published which is right.
Getting the most from a code here
Because the code only reduces the product price, it pays most on light, expensive items where shipping is a small share of the total. On bulky goods, compare shipping options before worrying about the code: in Saudi Arabia, for instance, Ubuy offers express, standard at 10 or more business days and economy at 16 or more, and the fee for each is calculated at checkout from weight and size. Picking a slower option can save more than any 5% code.
Customs are the other lever. In the UAE and Bahrain, Ubuy lets you settle customs, duties and taxes in advance at checkout or when the parcel arrives, where the option exists. Paying upfront shows you the full landed cost before you commit, and in Qatar it also decides how you are refunded if something goes wrong, because upfront customs go back to your payment method while others are refunded as UCredit only. Ubuy does not publish whether codes work differently in the app, though in the UAE the app is where Apple Pay and Tabby appear, and it refers to free shipping across the fashion section.
Delivery and returns across the Gulf
No Ubuy site in the Gulf publishes a free-delivery minimum or a flat delivery fee; shipping is calculated per order at checkout, based on weight, size and the speed you choose. Saudi Arabia is the only country where our facts include delivery times: standard takes 10 or more business days and economy 16 or more, with express faster. In Bahrain, delivery is arranged by the courier once customs has approved the parcel, and if you ignore the courier or decline to pay duties due on delivery, it goes back to its origin.
Returns vary the most. Kuwait allows most returns for 14 days after delivery, with damage to be reported within 3 days and refunds in 3 to 7 business days. Saudi Arabia allows 7 days for unused items in original packaging, with free courier collection, but excludes categories such as perfume, beauty and innerwear. Qatar and Oman also use 7 days, yet accept only items that arrive wrong, damaged, defective or incomplete, so change-of-mind returns are out; Qatari refunds take roughly 7 to 10 business days and Oman has no exchanges. Bahrain's return window and the UAE's are not published.
Paying for Ubuy orders in each country
Payment options differ by site, and Kuwait has the widest set. Ubuy Kuwait's help pages list KNET, Visa, Mastercard and cash on delivery, with cash on delivery available for everything except digital cards, plus Tamara in three payments. No fee for cash on delivery is published. In Saudi Arabia, Tamara is available as a buy-now-pay-later option; other Saudi methods are not set out in our facts.
In the UAE, the help pages list PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Tamara, and the redesigned app adds Apple Pay and Tabby at checkout. Qatar's list is PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Bahrain accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Benefit, the local debit network, which helps if you do not hold a credit card. For Oman, payment methods are not published in what we read. Ubuy runs a separate store for each Gulf country, and a code listed for one may not work on another; the Kuwait listing even uses the same code as the UAE one, which suggests it may have been meant for the UAE site. If you are shopping on ubuy.com.sa, a code reported for Kuwait or the UAE is unlikely to be the right choice. The second check is age. One Saudi code was last seen in August 2026 and its listing does not clearly name a country.
Third, look at what the code should change. If you expected it to cut shipping or customs, it will not: the Kuwait and UAE listings say these are excluded, so the visible saving is only on the product price. If your UAE code was described as a first-order discount, it may not apply to an existing account. When a code fails, try the code listed for your own country, check that the discount line is shown against the products rather than the total, and compare shipping options, which may save more. Qatar, Bahrain and Oman have no country codes in our records at all.
