Customer service
The Saudi facts we hold for Sephora give no customer-service phone number, email or hours, and the site blocked our attempt to reread its help pages on 26 October 2026. What Sephora does publish is that its Saudi stores handle returns of online orders and pay back cash-on-delivery orders in cash, so a store visit is the most reliable way to resolve a problem with a delivered order.
