Customer service
For Kuwait, the contact Sephora gives is an email address: customercare@sephora.ae. It is the address you write to when you want to return an online order, and the team replies with the paperwork for the courier. No phone number or opening hours appear in the Kuwait facts we hold, and Sephora's help pages blocked our attempt to reread them on 26 October 2026.
How to track a parcel or cancel an order before it ships is not described in the Kuwait facts in our record, so we do not give steps.
Delivery time and cost
Orders to Kuwait take about 5 days. Sephora's delivery table lists a KWD 5 fee, waived above KWD 35, but some other pages on the site quote KWD 20, so the figure is not consistent. The delivery line in your basket, after you enter a Kuwaiti address, is the number that counts.
With a 5-day lead time, a gift for the weekend is best ordered at the start of the previous week.
Returning an online order from Kuwait
Kuwait has the longest online return window Sephora publishes: 15 days. Branches in Kuwait refuse online purchases, so the return runs by email and courier, and the DHL collection costs nothing.
- Write to customercare@sephora.ae with the products concerned, where DHL should collect them and a contact number.
- Wait for approval; Sephora then sends you a return airway bill.
- Book the free DHL pickup using that airway bill.
- Hand the parcel to the DHL courier within the 15-day window.
Refunds
Kuwaiti orders are paid by card, but the Kuwait facts we hold give no refund method or timeframe and do not say whether the delivery fee is returned. Ask customer care for both when you send the return request, so the answer is in writing.
Payment methods
Online orders to Kuwait are paid with Visa or Mastercard. Paying the courier in cash is not an option for Kuwait right now, and KNET, Apple Pay and instalment services are not named in the Kuwait payment facts we hold. Have a card ready before you build the basket.

What should my return email to Sephora Kuwait include?
Three things: the items you are returning, the address where DHL should collect them, and a phone number the courier can call. Send it to customercare@sephora.ae. Adding your order number is sensible too, although the facts we hold do not list it as a requirement. Approval comes with an airway bill.
Will a Kuwaiti Sephora branch accept my online order as a return?
No. Sephora does not accept online orders at its Kuwaiti stores. The route is by email to customercare@sephora.ae, followed by a free DHL pickup once you have the return airway bill. You have 15 days for this, so start the request a few days before the deadline.
Do I pay for the DHL return pickup in Kuwait?
No. Sephora lists returns from Kuwait as free, and the DHL collection is booked with the airway bill customer care sends you. Whether the first delivery charge comes back is not stated in the facts we hold, so ask about it in your return email if your order paid one.
Why does my Kuwait basket show a different delivery fee from the one I expected?
Because Sephora's own pages disagree. The delivery table shows KWD 5, free above KWD 35, while other pages mention KWD 20. Enter your Kuwaiti address and read the delivery line before paying; that amount is what you will be charged, whatever the other pages say.
Can I pay cash when Sephora delivers to Kuwait?
Not at present. Cash on delivery is unavailable for Kuwaiti orders, so you pay online with Visa or Mastercard. If you rely on a debit card, check before ordering that it works for online payments, as KNET is not listed among the accepted methods in the facts we hold.
What is the time limit for sending a Kuwaiti Sephora order back?
