Metro Brazil Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns and customer service

Metro Brazil answers Saudi customers on WhatsApp at 9200 31958 and by email at contact@metrobrazil.com, and says both are staffed around the clock, every day. WhatsApp is the faster route when timing matters, for example when you want to change an order inside the short window described below.

When you write, include the order number, the item and size, and what you want done. That saves a round of questions on a channel where a few hours can decide whether a change is still possible.

Delivery options and times

Every order is packed within about 24 hours, and the shipping time starts after that. Express then needs 2–4 working days; standard needs 4–7. Counting the packing day, plan on roughly 3 to 5 working days door to door for express and 5 to 8 for standard, before weekends and public holidays are added.

The banner on the Saudi site shows free delivery above SAR 299. Smaller baskets pay a charge that Metro Brazil does not print anywhere; you only see it after typing a Saudi address into checkout.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel a Saudi order within 3 hours of placing it, provided the clock has not passed 2 PM Mecca time and it is a working day. An order placed at 1 PM therefore has one hour left, not three, and one placed in the evening has to wait for the next working morning, by which point packing may have started.

Use WhatsApp for this, since it is the channel most likely to be read inside the window.

Returns and exchanges

You get a single return or exchange per order, and it has to start within a week of the parcel reaching you. Shapewear, underwear and care products are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot come back at all, so the 7-day rule only helps with other items that are unused.

You pay for the return yourself and in advance: SAR 30 to send an item back for a refund, or SAR 45 for an exchange.

1. Check the item is not shapewear, underwear or a care product, and that it is unused.
2. Contact Metro Brazil on WhatsApp or by email within 7 days of receiving the order.
3. Pay the return fee up front: SAR 30 for a refund, SAR 45 for an exchange.
4. Put every item you want to send back in the same parcel, since a second return on the same order is not possible.

Payment methods

Saudi shoppers have the widest choice on Metro Brazil: mada, credit cards and STC Pay, the Apple and Google wallets, and instalments through Tabby or Tamara. There is no cash on delivery, so the order is paid in full or set up as instalments before it ships.
