How to use AC23
- Add items to your basket in the Mamas & Papas app or website.
- At checkout, paste AC23 into the promo code field and apply it.
- Check that the discount line names AC23 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.
How to use a Mamas & Papas code
- Open https://mamasandpapas.ae in the UAE or https://en.mamasandpapas.com.sa in Saudi Arabia. Do not use mamasandpapas.sa.
- Separate full-price lines, sale lines and bundles. Bundles are excluded. Full-price items are 15 percent off and sale items are 10 percent off.
- Enter the code and read each line. A single 15 percent figure on a mixed basket will overstate the sale goods.
- Check shipping. Non-furniture is free over AED 300 or SAR 400. Furniture is free over AED 2,000 or SAR 2,000.
- Cash on delivery needs an order above AED 500 or SAR 500 and adds 50 in that currency. Apple Pay and cards avoid that fee.
Delivery and fees in the UAE

Furniture is free over AED 2,000 and AED 200 below that. Dubai non-furniture can be same day before 13:00, next day, or 1 to 3 days. Other UAE addresses are next day or 1 to 3 days, cutoff 22:00. Furniture is next day or 1 to 3 days. Cash on delivery is only for orders above AED 500 and adds AED 50. Click and collect is free at Mirdif City Centre or Dubai Mall, not for furniture, for orders before 18:00. The mamasandpapas.sa hostname did not open on 2 November 2026. Returns in the UAE
Both return pages describe 30 days from delivery. The UAE page we opened says sale products, toiletries, outlet goods and single pieces from a set cannot be returned. A set has to come back complete. Sale products may be exchanged. The code's 10 percent rate is for sale items, and the store's return page still excludes those items from refunds, so a sale purchase can be discounted and still be stuck. Bundles are outside the code entirely. Collection of a return costs the original delivery charge unless the item is defective or wrong. Store return is not available for furniture. Card and PayPal refunds use the original method. Cash on delivery becomes a gift voucher, and a guest needs an account to receive it. 800-66723 and customercare@mamasandpapas.ae. The shipping page also prints +97148188400.
The two rates in the UAE
Cash on delivery is only for orders above AED 500 and adds AED 50. Apple Pay is offered. Tabby and Tamara were not named on the policy pages we opened, so they are not claimed. Fifteen percent of a full-price AED 300 basket is the full-price rate. A sale item in the same basket is 10 percent, not 15. A bundle is neither. If the order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation, the policy says you get a full refund. Furniture delivery needs access you arrange, including a service lift above the ground floor, and a missed slot can be re-charged. Click and collect is free at Mirdif City Centre or Dubai Mall, not for furniture, for orders before 18:00. The two countries do not share a checkout. The UAE page tells Saudi shoppers to use the Saudi site, and the Saudi page points back to www.mamasandpapas.ae.

Before you pay at Mamas & Papas in the UAE
- Check that the site shows AED prices. A code made for another Gulf country is rejected here, even at the same store.
- Delivery is free from AED 300; below that it costs AED 30. Check whether the threshold is measured before or after the discount, because a code can push the basket back under it.
- Cash on delivery is available. Paying by card avoids that fee.
- You have 30 days to return. A refund normally excludes the discount you received.
- Prices are shown including 5% VAT. When a code is applied, VAT is charged on the discounted amount, so check the final total on the payment page.

UAE furniture timing is next day or 1 to 3 days. The Saudi page says assembly is not included and the goods are flatpack. Manufacturing defects are the furniture return case the Saudi text highlights.

Collection of a return is arranged by phone and costs the original delivery charge unless the item is defective or wrong.
