How to use AC23

Add items to your basket in the Mamas & Papas app or website.
At checkout, paste AC23 into the promo code field and apply it.
Check that the discount line names AC23 before you pay. If it doesn’t, the code wasn’t accepted.

How to use a Mamas & Papas code

Open https://mamasandpapas.ae in the UAE or https://en.mamasandpapas.com.sa in Saudi Arabia. Do not use mamasandpapas.sa.
Separate full-price lines, sale lines and bundles. Bundles are excluded. Full-price items are 15 percent off and sale items are 10 percent off.
Enter the code and read each line. A single 15 percent figure on a mixed basket will overstate the sale goods.
Check shipping. Non-furniture is free over AED 300 or SAR 400. Furniture is free over AED 2,000 or SAR 2,000.
Cash on delivery needs an order above AED 500 or SAR 500 and adds 50 in that currency. Apple Pay and cards avoid that fee.

Delivery and fees in Saudi Arabia

Mamas & Papas in Saudi Arabia is https://en.mamasandpapas.com.sa/. The shipping page delivers only inside Saudi Arabia. Non-furniture is free over SAR 400 and SAR 40 below that. Furniture is free over SAR 2,000 and SAR 200 below that. Riyadh non-furniture is 1 to 3 business days. Other Saudi addresses are listed at 2 to 6 days. Riyadh furniture is 1 to 3 business days, and other addresses 2 to 6 days. Friday orders count as the next working day. Cash on delivery is only for orders above SAR 500 and adds SAR 50. Click and collect is free at Stars Avenue Mall in Jeddah and Riyadh Gallery, not for furniture. Uncollected orders are released back after 7 days. The mamasandpapas.sa hostname did not open on 2 November 2026. The Saudi shop that did open is mamasandpapas.com.sa, and the UAE shop is mamasandpapas.ae. The offer is 15 percent off full-price items and 10 percent off sale items. Bundles are excluded.

Returns in Saudi Arabia

Both return pages describe 30 days from delivery. The UAE page we opened says sale products, toiletries, outlet goods and single pieces from a set cannot be returned. A set has to come back complete. Sale products may be exchanged. The code's 10 percent rate is for sale items, and the store's return page still excludes those items from refunds, so a sale purchase can be discounted and still be stuck. Bundles are outside the code entirely. Collection of a return costs the original delivery charge unless the item is defective or wrong. Store return is not available for furniture. Card and PayPal refunds use the original method. Cash on delivery becomes a gift voucher, and a guest needs an account to receive it. +966 115 103 211.

The two rates in Saudi Arabia

Cash on delivery is only for orders above SAR 500 and adds SAR 50. Apple Pay is offered. Tabby and Tamara were not named on the policy pages we opened, so they are not claimed. Fifteen percent of a full-price SAR 400 basket is the full-price rate. A sale item in the same basket is 10 percent, not 15. A bundle is neither. If the order is not delivered within 45 days of confirmation, the policy says you get a full refund. Assembly is not offered. Furniture is flatpack. Furniture delivery needs access you arrange, including a service lift above the ground floor, and a missed slot can be re-charged. Click and collect is free at Stars Avenue Mall in Jeddah and Riyadh Gallery, not for furniture. Uncollected orders are released back after 7 days. The two countries do not share a checkout. The UAE page tells Saudi shoppers to use the Saudi site, and the Saudi page points back to www.mamasandpapas.ae.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a working Mamas & Papas promo code in Saudi Arabia today?

How many Mamas & Papas codes does Coupons Radar list for Saudi Arabia?

Where is the Saudi Arabia shop?

https://en.mamasandpapas.com.sa/. It delivers only inside Saudi Arabia. mamasandpapas.sa did not resolve on 2 November 2026. The live Saudi host is mamasandpapas.com.sa and the UAE host is mamasandpapas.ae. Do not mix the two baskets. The checkout total, including the shipping line, is the figure that is actually charged.

What are the two rates?

15 percent off full-price items and 10 percent off sale items. Bundles are excluded from both. A basket with one full-price pram and one sale babygrow is not a single 15 percent sum. Price each line. There is no new-customer limit in the terms we were given.

When is delivery free?

Non-furniture over SAR 400, otherwise SAR 40. Furniture over SAR 2,000, otherwise SAR 200. Riyadh non-furniture is 1 to 3 business days. Other Saudi addresses are listed at 2 to 6 days. Riyadh furniture is 1 to 3 business days, and other addresses 2 to 6 days. Friday orders count as the next working day. A code can pull a mixed basket under the free line, so read shipping after the discount.

Is cash on delivery available?

Cash on delivery is only for orders above SAR 500 and adds SAR 50. It is not a free add-on. Card payment and Apple Pay avoid it. A cash-on-delivery refund is a gift voucher for the website, and a guest checkout needs an account before that voucher can be issued.

Can I return sale items?

The UAE returns page says no refund on sale products, toiletries, outlet goods, or a single piece from a set. Sale products may be exchanged. The 10 percent rate still applies to sale items in the code terms. A discounted sale item can therefore be non-returnable. Bundles are excluded from the code and a set must be returned whole if a return is allowed at all.

How do I collect in store?

Click and collect is free at Stars Avenue Mall in Jeddah and Riyadh Gallery, not for furniture. Uncollected orders are released back after 7 days. You pay in full first. Bring the ready-to-collect message and an ID. Furniture is excluded from collection. Items left for 7 days go back on sale and the refund uses the original tender.

What if furniture will not fit?

The shipping page makes access your job: doorway, lift and space. Above the ground floor you arrange a service lift. A failed delivery can be charged again before they come back. UAE furniture timing is next day or 1 to 3 days. The Saudi page says assembly is not included and the goods are flatpack. Manufacturing defects are the furniture return case the Saudi text highlights.

Who do I call?

+966 115 103 211. Collection of a return is arranged by phone and costs the original delivery charge unless the item is defective or wrong. Refunds after approval are described as about 5 working days, and the UAE page says to chase at 15 working days.
