Customer service
Kuwait shoppers have a local number that takes both calls and WhatsApp messages: +965 22070458, between 9am and 9pm. WhatsApp is handy for sending an order number or a photo of a faulty item without waiting on hold.
Outside those hours, the Contact Us section of the FAQ page offers an email route.
Delivery times and fees
Every Kuwait order is sent from Dubai. Paid orders usually land within 2 to 4 business days; cash-on-delivery orders take a little longer than that, so prepay if timing matters.
Baskets of KWD 40 or more ship free. Under KWD 40 you pay KWD 5, so a KWD 37 order ends up at KWD 42, more than a KWD 40 basket that ships free. Faster tiers such as the UAE’s 90-minute option are not offered to Kuwait addresses.
Tracking and changing an order
Follow the parcel through the Track Orders / Create Returns form on the FAQ page or in your account. Because the order has to leave Dubai first, there is usually a short gap between placing it and dispatch, and that gap is your chance to fix a wrong address or size.
To change anything, message or call +965 22070458 before the order is dispatched. Once it is on its way, the practical route is to accept it and use the return process.
Cancelling
Cancellation is handled by customer care, not by a button on the site. Contact the Kuwait number by phone or WhatsApp while the order is still waiting for dispatch. Level Shoes does not publish what happens to a cancellation request after the parcel has left.
Returning an item
Kuwait returns are free if requested within 30 days of delivery. Even though the parcel travels back to Dubai, Level Shoes says no customs duties are charged, whatever the shipping address.
- Start the return from your account or the Create Returns form, inside 30 days of delivery.
- Repack the item unworn with its original box, dust bag and tags.

Refunds
