Customer service
Go Sport's UAE online store is run by Al Mana Fashion. Its customer service line is +971 56 861 0951 and its mailbox is gsuae_cs@gosportme.com; both are staffed every day of the week between 9am and 8pm. Because it is open at weekends, a Saturday delivery problem can be raised the same day.
For hands-on help, the flagship store in Mall of the Emirates offers services the website cannot: gait analysis for runners choosing shoes, racquet stringing and bike servicing. It can be worth a visit before ordering running shoes online, so you know which type suits you.
Delivery by emirate
The cost depends on the emirate. Addresses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain pay AED 30 on orders up to AED 250 and nothing above it. Ajman, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah carry an additional AED 75 under the terms, so for those emirates read the delivery line at checkout carefully before paying. Most parcels arrive in 2 to 3 business days.
Go Sport's terms do not describe order tracking, changing an order after it is placed, or cancelling it. If you need any of those, contact customer service as early as possible with your order number.
Returns and exchanges
There are two deadlines, both counted from delivery: a week for a refund and two weeks for an exchange. If a pair of trainers is the wrong size, asking for a different size rather than your money back gives you the extra week. One return per customer is free; any return after that is not.
Before you send anything back, check it is not on the excluded list. Socks and underwear, ear plugs, swimming goggles, mouth guards, water bottles and anything personalised are final sale. Electronics such as fitness trackers can only go back while still sealed, unless they turn out to be faulty. The terms do not set out a step-by-step return procedure or explain the refund method and timing, so contact customer service by phone or email to arrange a return and ask about the refund method.
Payment

No. Swimming goggles and water bottles are on Go Sport UAE's non-returnable list, along with socks, underwear, ear plugs, mouth guards and personalised items. Choose carefully if you are adding one of these to reach the AED 250 free-delivery level, as it cannot be sent back later.
Can I send back a fitness watch I have unboxed?
Only if it is faulty. Go Sport UAE accepts electronics back when they are unopened, so once the packaging is opened a change of mind is not enough. Check the model and compatibility with your phone before breaking the seal, and test it straight away so a fault is reported in time.
How quickly does Go Sport deliver within the UAE?
Two or three business days is the usual time. The terms do not publish faster options or order tracking, so if a parcel has not turned up by the end of the third business day, ring the customer service line with your order number to hand. It is staffed every day from 9am.
Should I ask for an exchange or a refund?
It depends on timing. A refund has to be requested within 7 days of delivery, while an exchange can be arranged up to 14 days after it. If you only need a different size or colour, an exchange gives you more time. Remember that only your first return is free.
