Customer service
The Saudi terms page does not give a phone number, email address or service hours for customer service. The site's menu links to a Contact page at ksa.gosportme.com/en/pages/contact, which is the place to start. The store's Locations link points to the UAE site, so check that a branch is in Saudi Arabia before planning a visit.
Delivery, customs and clearance
No Saudi order ships free. The charge is SAR 50 for a basket worth less than SAR 1,000, rising to SAR 80 once it reaches that amount. At that same level the order also picks up a declaration fee, customs at 5% of the order value and a Bayan clearance fee of between SAR 30 and SAR 170, which rises with the order value. The cart notes that shipping, taxes and discount codes are calculated at checkout, so the final screen is where all of these appear together.
Most orders take between 7 and 10 business days, and longer for large or heavy items such as gym equipment. The terms do not describe tracking, changing or cancelling an order.
Returns and exchanges
Both windows start when the parcel is delivered: one week if you want your money back, two weeks if you want a swap. Return and exchange shipping is your cost, with two exceptions: an item that is faulty, or one that was damaged on the way to you. Open and inspect the parcel on the day it arrives, and photograph any damage to the box or product, so that a transit claim is easy to make.

Is there a Go Sport Saudi phone number or email?
Not on the terms page; use the Contact page on ksa.gosportme.com instead. The Saudi terms page lists no phone number, email or hours, unlike the UAE store, whose number and email are for UAE orders. Have your order number ready, especially if you are within the 7-day refund window.
What is the Bayan clearance fee on Go Sport orders?
A clearance charge that starts at SAR 30 and can reach SAR 170 depending on how much the order is worth, applied to baskets of SAR 1,000 or more. It comes on top of SAR 80 shipping, a declaration fee and 5% customs. Orders below SAR 1,000 pay none of these, only the SAR 50 shipping charge.
Will a treadmill or bike take longer to arrive?
It may. Go Sport says most Saudi orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days, and that large or heavy items can take longer. If you need equipment by a set date, order well ahead and remember that a basket at SAR 1,000 or more also attracts customs and clearance charges.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Report it quickly with photos. Items damaged in transit are one of the two cases where Go Sport does not charge you return shipping, the other being a faulty product. Check the parcel on the day it arrives, since the refund window closes 7 days after delivery.
When does the Go Sport return window start?
On the day of delivery, not the order date. You then have 7 days to request a refund or 14 days to arrange an exchange. Because delivery itself takes 7 to 10 business days, the clock may start well after you paid, but it still runs fast once the parcel is with you.
Do Go Sport gift cards work on the Saudi website?
No. The Saudi terms say gift cards are not accepted online, and the only listed payment methods are Mastercard and Visa. Keep the gift card for an in-store purchase, and pay for web orders by card, allowing for shipping and, from SAR 1,000, the customs charges.
