Florose is a gift and flower delivery service that works only in Saudi Arabia, and only in three cities: Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. There is no Florose delivery to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so for Gulf shoppers outside the Kingdom it is only useful when the recipient lives in one of those three cities.

Unlike most stores we cover, Florose publishes its own offers in its terms rather than leaving codes to coupon sites. At the moment that means a welcome offer for new app customers and a bank-card discount for Al Rajhi cardholders, both used through the app. We read Florose's FAQ and terms, and Al Rajhi Bank's offer page, on 18 October 2026.

How Florose codes work

Every Florose offer in our data is official: the store or its banking partner publishes it, with written terms. That is a welcome change from shops where codes only exist on third-party sites. There are three offers at present. The first is a welcome discount of SAR 50 for new customers, valid on their first and second orders in the app, with a SAR 270 minimum and free delivery included, and it runs only until the end of October 2026.

The second is a bank-card offer from Al Rajhi Bank: 20% off, up to SAR 100, when you pay with any Al Rajhi card in the Florose app. It can be used more than once and runs until 31 July 2027, but it cannot be combined with vouchers or other offers. The third is Florose's standing free delivery, described in its FAQ. The common thread is the app. Both discounts are app-only, so a code typed on the website will not work. Neither is a cashback offer: the saving comes off the order total at checkout, so you see the final price before paying.

Getting the most from a Florose offer

Because the two discounts cannot be stacked, the job is to pick the right one for your order. The welcome offer is a fixed SAR 50 on an order of at least SAR 270, which works out at about 18.5% at the minimum and less on bigger orders. The Al Rajhi offer is 20% up to SAR 100, which means it keeps growing until the order reaches SAR 500. For a new customer with an Al Rajhi card, the card offer gives more on any order of SAR 270 or above, since 20% of SAR 270 is SAR 54.

The welcome offer has two advantages of its own: it covers two orders, and it includes free delivery, which matters because some Florose promo terms tie free delivery to a SAR 199 minimum. It also ends on 31 October 2026, so it only helps if you order within the next few days. The card offer, by contrast, can be reused for months. Whichever you choose, check the total for express or remote-area fees, which the FAQ says are charged on top of the standard free delivery, and remember that both offers need the app rather than the website.

Delivery and returns across the Gulf

Florose's delivery area is small and entirely Saudi: Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, according to its FAQ. There is no delivery to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so for a resident of Dubai or Doha, Florose only helps when the gift is going to someone in one of the three Saudi cities. Within those cities you can choose express delivery, which takes less than three hours, or book a time slot in advance. The FAQ presents standard delivery as costing nothing whatever the order size, while express delivery and remote areas are charged extra, although the amounts are not published. Some promo terms, however, mention a SAR 199 minimum for free delivery, so the basket is the place to confirm the fee.

Returns are tightly limited, as you would expect for fresh products. Unopened items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, but flowers, food and cosmetics cannot go back, and nothing can be exchanged. If something arrives damaged, Florose gives a full refund when you provide proof. Orders can be cancelled up to a day before the booked slot, except edible and special orders. Money sent back to the Florose wallet shows up within 24 hours, while a bank refund needs 5 to 7 working days.

Paying for a Florose order

Florose accepts five payment methods: mada, Visa and Apple Pay, plus Tabby and Tamara. That covers the local debit network, the main card scheme and both of the big instalment services, so most Saudi shoppers will find a familiar option. Cash on delivery is not listed among the payment methods we read, which makes sense for gifts often sent to someone other than the buyer.

The payment method matters more here than at most stores, because one of the two discounts is tied to it. The Al Rajhi offer applies only when you pay with an Al Rajhi Bank card in the app, covering all of the bank's cards according to its offer page, and it cannot be used together with vouchers or other offers. If you pay with Tabby or Tamara, or with a card from another bank, that discount does not apply, and the welcome offer for new customers becomes the one to use. Refunds also depend on the route: money returned to your Florose wallet is available within 24 hours, while a refund to your bank takes 5 to 7 working days, so the wallet is quicker if you plan to order again.

When a Florose code is rejected

Florose's offers come with clear conditions, so a rejection can usually be traced to one of them. The most common is the channel: both discounts work in the app only, so entering a code on the website will fail. The next is eligibility. The welcome offer is for new customers and covers only their first and second orders, so a third order, or an account that has ordered before, will not qualify. It also needs a basket of at least SAR 270, and it expires at the end of October 2026.

The bank-card offer has its own checks. You must pay with an Al Rajhi Bank card, and the discount stops at SAR 100 however large the order. It cannot be used alongside a voucher or another promotion, so if a welcome code is already applied, remove it first. If an offer still does not apply, contact Florose customer service on 920016669, through WhatsApp or by email at care@florose.com, which are the channels listed in its FAQ. Before calling, note the order total and the message the app shows. Keep in mind too that express and remote-area fees can raise the total you see after the discount.

How to use a Florose code

  1. Download the Florose app and sign up with your mobile number and the verification code; the current offers work in the app, not on the website.
  2. Choose your city (Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam), add the bouquet or gift to the basket and pick express delivery or a scheduled slot.
  3. At checkout, enter the promo code in the app and check that the order meets its minimum; the new-customer offer needs at least SAR 270.
  4. If you are using the Al Rajhi card offer instead, pay with an Al Rajhi Bank card in the app and do not add another voucher, because the two cannot be combined.
  5. Confirm the total, including any express or remote-area delivery fee, then pay with mada, Visa, Apple Pay, Tabby or Tamara.

Frequently asked questions

Which Gulf countries does Florose serve online?

Florose sells online in Saudi Arabia, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.

Where are there the most Florose codes right now?

Florose codes are set per country. Right now we track 3 live offers across 1 country; Saudi Arabia has the most (3). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

Does Florose deliver outside Saudi Arabia?

No. Florose delivers only in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, according to its FAQ. There is no delivery to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so Florose only works for Gulf shoppers when the recipient is at an address in one of those three Saudi cities.

Is Florose delivery free?

Mostly, but check the basket. According to the FAQ, standard delivery costs nothing on any order, though express delivery and remote areas are charged extra. Some promotional terms, though, link free delivery to a SAR 199 minimum. The fee shown before you pay is the one that applies to your order.

Can I return flowers to Florose?

No. Flowers, food and cosmetics are excluded from returns, and Florose does not offer exchanges. Other unopened items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, including flowers, you can get a full refund by providing proof of the damage.

Can I pay for Florose with Tabby or Tamara?

Yes. Florose accepts both Tabby and Tamara, alongside mada, Visa and Apple Pay. Note that the Al Rajhi card discount only applies when you pay with an Al Rajhi Bank card, so choosing an instalment service means giving up that particular offer.

Do Florose discounts work on the website?

No, the current ones work in the app only. Both the welcome offer for new customers and the Al Rajhi card offer are limited to the Florose app. Download it and register with your phone number and the one-time code it sends before you try to apply a discount.

Can I use a Florose code together with a bank offer?

No. The Al Rajhi Bank card offer cannot be combined with vouchers or other offers, according to the bank's offer page. Choose the one that saves more on your order: the card offer gives 20% up to SAR 100, while the welcome offer is a fixed SAR 50 for new customers.

Can existing customers get a Florose discount?

Yes, through the bank-card offer. The welcome discount is limited to new customers' first and second orders, but the Al Rajhi offer is open to anyone paying with an Al Rajhi Bank card in the app, and it can be reused until 31 July 2027. Without such a card, no current discount is listed for returning customers.

How do I contact Florose customer service?

By phone on 920016669, through WhatsApp, or by email at care@florose.com, according to Florose's FAQ. Contact them quickly if an order arrives damaged, since a full refund depends on proof, and if you need to cancel, do it no later than a day before the booked slot.
