FAG is the El Faleh code on this site: 4% off at https://elfaleh.sa. The shop is in Saudi Arabia only, with prices in SAR.
El Faleh is بيت الرياضة الفالح, the sports house selling equipment, clothes and shoes. We read the delivery and returns pages on 3 November 2026. No cap or end date was set for FAG. The shop banner says free delivery from SAR 299.

How the El Faleh code works
FAG is 4% off at the El Faleh online shop. The terms we were given do not add a cap, a minimum spend, an end date or a new-customer test. Four percent of SAR 750 is SAR 30. Four percent of SAR 1,500 is SAR 60. Four percent of SAR 5,000 is SAR 200. The shop is https://elfaleh.sa, with an English view at /en. Both answered on 3 November 2026. The organisation name on the site is شركة الفالح لجميع مستلزمات الرياضة, and the pages also say بيت الرياضة الفالح. It is a Saudi retailer. This guide does not open a UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman page. The catalogue runs from treadmills and weights to football boots, running shoes and swim kit. Showrooms are invited on the homepage. A branch count was not in the lines we used, so it is not guessed.
Shipping and installation in Saudi Arabia
The shop banner says free delivery when you spend SAR 299 or more. The amount charged below SAR 299 is not printed as one figure on the pages we used, so this page does not invent it. Read the shipping line after FAG, because 4 percent can move a basket across or under 299. Installation is separate. In covered cities, delivery and installation together are SAR 50 including VAT, in one visit, and the room has to be ready. Cities outside that coverage can still be shipped, without installation, where a courier reaches them. Booking installation on its own in a covered city is SAR 115 including VAT. The service fee is not refunded if you miss the delivery for your own reason. A refused parcel, or silence when the courier calls, comes back with the shipping deducted, and a free-delivery order pays that shipping plus a matching return cost. El Faleh can change the courier.
Eight days, and what 4% does not change
FAG does not rewrite the return rules. You have 8 days from receipt. The product has to be unused, in the original wrap, with labels and accessories. Returns are not accepted at a branch. The path is the returns page and Yamm: order number, mobile, item, map pin, courier and, when needed, an IBAN. A defect, arrival damage or the wrong item is free of shipping, and a SAR 30 transfer fee is not charged. Tell them within 48 hours if it arrives damaged. A change of mind pays shipping. If you had free delivery, you pay that delivery back and a matching cost to return the goods. A failed quality check is SAR 30 each way. Hygiene lines exclude underwear, swimwear, sports bras, socks, compression, headbands, caps, gloves and opened bottles. Machines return in the carton unless faulty. Returning an installed machine can add SAR 172.5 including VAT. The shop does not exchange. Refunds take 7 to 14 days. Email on the page is ec@elfalehhelp.zendesk.com.
Paying at El Faleh
The terms price the shop in SAR and limit online cards to mada, Visa and Mastercard issued by Saudi banks. The shop says the card is not stored on the website, and that a refusal by the bank is the bank's answer. Cash on delivery is named when the returns page lists charges that are not refunded, including a cash-on-delivery fee. The size of that fee is not in the paragraph, so it is not guessed. Instalment companies are mentioned on the English homepage and in the refund steps, without a brand name in the lines we used. A partial return of a promotional set can drop the discount. FAG should appear as its own 4 percent line. It does not promise to survive a second offer the shop stacks on the same basket. The office address in the terms is the El Faleh building, Al Malaz, Sitteen Street, Riyadh, P.O. Box 381.
When FAG is rejected
Start on elfaleh.sa. A sports code typed on another shop is on the wrong host. FAG is 4% off with no minimum we were given and no cap we were given, so a small basket is not a predicted refusal and a large treadmill is not cut by a ceiling we were given. The field can still refuse a second promotion on the same basket. Remove it and try FAG alone. Then read shipping. The free-delivery banner starts at SAR 299, and 4 percent might leave you under it. Installation is not inside the 4 percent. SAR 50, SAR 115 or, on a later return, SAR 172.5 can be larger than the discount. If the code still fails, write to ec@elfalehhelp.zendesk.com with the basket total. This guide lists FAG only, and only for Saudi Arabia.
