Customer service
For a specific order, go to Order History in the app or on the website, select the order and choose Order Help. Deliveroo Kuwait calls this the fastest route.
By email, write to customersupport@deliveroo.com.kw, which also handles Plus cancellations. The Kuwait FAQ does not publish a support phone line, chat option or opening hours. It does say that Customer Service may phone you about a delivery, and that a call from +965 22270142 may be a rider or support agent, so it is worth answering that number while an order is on the way. It is not listed as a number to call in on.
Delivery times, scheduling and minimums
Deliveroo Kuwait gives an average delivery time of 32 minutes. Orders run daily from morning until late at night, with each restaurant setting its own hours. You can schedule an order up to 24 hours ahead, and the FAQ also mentions up to one day ahead with selected partners. Collection is not offered in Kuwait, so every order is a delivery.
To see whether restaurants reach your address, enter it on the homepage or in the app. Fees are explained on our coupon page. Minimum order values vary by restaurant and, where one applies, it shows at checkout. The Kuwait FAQ does not mention a service fee.
Tracking and late orders
After you order, the app and website show the estimated arrival time and a live map of the rider. If an order is going to be late, support says it will try to call you before you have to chase it. Plus Gold members also get a late-order credit, set out on our coupon page.
When the rider arrives, they wait up to 3 minutes. If they cannot reach you, the order is still charged, so check your address and number before paying. To add an item after ordering, ask Customer Service through Help; the FAQ does not describe other changes. Allergy details can go in the Order Notes at checkout.
Cancelling an order or Plus
You can cancel through Order Help as long as the restaurant has not started preparing the food. Once preparation has begun, the self-service cancel is no longer the route; contact support through Order Help instead and explain the situation. Either way, the money comes back in full.
To end Plus, open Account and select Cancel subscription, or email customersupport@deliveroo.com.kw. Within 14 days of a paid period starting you can have the full fee back; after that, nothing is refunded. The payment date is fixed, so cancel before the next one shown in Account.
Missing or wrong items
There is no return of food, so problems are handled as a report on the order. The Kuwait FAQ names two channels: the Help function and email.
- Open Order History and select the order with the problem.
- Choose Order Help and pick the issue, such as a missing or incorrect item.
- If you cannot use the app route, send the order number by email to customersupport@deliveroo.com.kw.
- Check how the outcome is paid: a refund to your card or Deliveroo credit, which expires after 3 months.
Refunds and credit
Deliveroo returns the full amount for a cancelled or rejected order, usually in about 6 hours, although your card provider can add its own delay. Weighed items that arrive lighter than estimated have the difference refunded to the original payment method.
Credit is separate from refunds. It is added to your account automatically when you qualify, and you use it by ticking the credit box on the order summary page. Each credit lasts 3 months from its issue date, shown in the Vouchers and Credits tab under Account. There is no limit on how much you can hold, but credit cannot pay for restricted products.
Payment and the KWD 0.300 card check
The Kuwait FAQ says Deliveroo accepts all debit and credit cards, processed through Visa or Mastercard gateways. It does not confirm KNET or Apple Pay. Cards are added under My Account, then Payment Methods, in the app, or at checkout on the website.
When a card is added, Deliveroo places a KWD 0.300 charge to validate it. Deliveroo reverses it at once, but it can take up to 7 days to disappear from your statement. Cash is mentioned only for optional tips, which riders keep in full. Current offers are on our Deliveroo Kuwait coupon page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel a Deliveroo order in Kuwait?
Yes, if the restaurant has not started preparing it. Cancel through Order Help on the order. If the food is already being made, contact support through Order Help instead. When an order is cancelled or rejected, the full amount is refunded, usually within about 6 hours, plus any delay on your card provider's side.
How long does Deliveroo delivery take in Kuwait?
About 32 minutes on average. The app and website show an estimated arrival time and a live map of the rider once the order is placed, and support says it will try to call you if an order is running late. You can also schedule an order up to 24 hours ahead.
Can I collect my Deliveroo order myself in Kuwait?
No. The Kuwait FAQ says collection is not offered, so every order is delivered by a rider to the address you enter. Keep your phone close, since the rider waits only up to 3 minutes and a missed handover is still charged.
Who is calling me from +965 22270142?
It may be a Deliveroo rider or support agent. The Kuwait FAQ gives this as a number that may call you about a delivery, for example when an order is running late. It is not listed as a customer line to call; for help, use Order Help or customersupport@deliveroo.com.kw.
How do I use Deliveroo credit in Kuwait?
Tick the credit box on the order summary page at checkout. Credit is added automatically when you are eligible, covers up to the order value, and leaves any remainder on the account. Each credit expires 3 months after issue, so check the Vouchers and Credits tab under Account. It cannot be used on restricted products.
Can I change my Deliveroo Plus payment date in Kuwait?
No. The payment date is fixed, and you can see the next one in your Account. To stop paying, choose Cancel subscription in Account or email customersupport@deliveroo.com.kw before that date. A full refund is possible within the first 14 days of a paid period, but not after.
