Customer service
Carrefour UAE handles delivery and return questions in the help centre on carrefouruae.com, under the delivery and returns topic, which is also reachable from the MAF Carrefour app. Our file holds no phone number, email or support hours for the UAE. For items from third-party sellers, the seller's own instructions decide what happens, so read them on the product page before contacting Carrefour.
Choosing a delivery type
Carrefour UAE offers four ways to receive an order. NOW is the express option: eligible items can be at your door within 60 minutes, and delivery costs nothing once the NOW basket is above AED 75. Rapid, Scheduled and Bulk are the other three; Carrefour does not publish their timings in our file, and their fees change with your emirate and the type you pick.
A practical way to choose: NOW for a quick top-up of everyday items, Scheduled when you want to choose the time, and Bulk, as the name suggests, for large quantities. Compare the fee shown at checkout for each option before confirming, because the cheapest type in one emirate may not be the cheapest in another.
Returns
Eligible products, which Carrefour UAE says include phones, tablets and automotive goods, may be sent back up to 7 days after delivery. Every return is subject to approval. Items sold on the site by third-party sellers are outside this process and follow the seller's rules.
- Check the seller on the product page; if it is a third-party seller, follow that seller's instructions instead.
- Confirm you are within 7 days of delivery.
- Choose a pickup from your address, which may carry a charge, or a drop-off at the closest Carrefour hypermarket.
- Wait for Carrefour's approval, after which the item is refunded or exchanged.
Refunds and exchanges
Once a return is approved, Carrefour UAE either refunds the item or exchanges it. The help article in our file does not give a refund time or say how money returns for cash, card or instalment orders. If you paid with Tabby or Tamara, ask Carrefour how the plan is adjusted when you request the return.
Payment and instalments
Carrefour UAE takes card payment, and cash on delivery wherever checkout offers it, so it may not show for every order. Tabby splits a purchase into 4 payments with no interest, and Tamara is offered on some categories. Our UAE file does not mention Apple Pay or any fee for cash. Online purchases earn SHARE points.

Frequently asked questions
Which Carrefour UAE delivery type suits a big monthly shop?
Scheduled or Bulk, depending on volume. Scheduled lets you pick when the order comes, while Bulk is meant for large or heavy quantities. Their fees depend on your emirate and the type chosen, so check both at checkout. NOW is free above AED 75 and fast, but it is built for eligible express items rather than a full stock-up.
Is a Carrefour UAE return pickup free?
Not necessarily. Carrefour says a charge may apply when it collects a return from your address. Dropping the item at the closest Carrefour hypermarket is the alternative and has no pickup charge. Either way, the return still needs approval, and it must be within 7 days of delivery for eligible products such as phones and tablets.
What happens after I request a return at Carrefour UAE?
Carrefour reviews it, and once approved the item is either refunded or exchanged. The help article we hold does not say how long the review takes or how quickly a refund arrives. Keep the item complete and in its packaging while you wait, and keep your order number handy if you need to follow up through the help centre.
Does a third-party seller item follow Carrefour UAE's 7-day rule?
No. Products sold by third-party sellers on the Carrefour UAE site follow the seller's own return rules, which may differ in timing and method. The seller is named on the product page, so check it before buying anything you might send back, especially electronics, and read that seller's instructions rather than relying on Carrefour's.
Can I pay for a TV at Carrefour UAE in instalments?
Yes, through Tabby, which divides the price into 4 interest-free payments. Tamara is also available on some categories, so check whether it appears for the item you want. Cash on delivery is offered where checkout shows it, and card payment is always an option. Our file does not give purchase limits for either instalment provider.
Where do I get help with a Carrefour UAE delivery?
In the delivery and returns section of the Carrefour UAE help centre, on the website or in the MAF Carrefour app. Our file does not include a phone number or support hours. For an item from a third-party seller, the seller's instructions on the product page come first, as Carrefour's own return route does not cover those products.
