Customer service
Almajed Oud's Saudi number is 920020088, and the same number works on WhatsApp. The team is available from Sunday to Thursday, between 8 in the morning and 10 at night. No hours are given for Friday or Saturday, so a weekend message may wait until Sunday.
The store's pages, which we tried to reread on 26 October 2026, refused our request, so we cannot add an email address or a tracking procedure. How to cancel an order is not published in the facts we hold either; call or message 920020088 if you need to stop one.
Delivery times and fees
Speed depends on where you live. In the four main cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah) a parcel can arrive as soon as 4 hours after ordering and within 2 days at most. Elsewhere in the kingdom, allow 3 days, and occasionally 5.
Delivery is free from SAR 99 and costs SAR 23 below that. Paying cash at the door adds SAR 15. Worked through: SAR 70 of products paid in cash comes to SAR 108, whereas adding SAR 29 of products and paying by card or mada brings the bill to exactly SAR 99.
Returning a product
Sending something back is free in Saudi Arabia, but the clock is short: 7 days from the day the parcel arrives. Seals must be intact, the item as it was delivered, and the original invoice included. Two kinds of purchase are excluded or restricted: perfumes filled or engraved to order cannot be returned, and a bundle offer can only go back as a complete set. You can also take the return to an Almajed Oud branch.

- If it came in a bundle offer, gather every piece of the bundle.
- Find the original invoice for the order.
- Within 7 days of receipt, arrange the free return with customer service on 920020088, or take everything to a branch.
Refunds
Saudi refunds take 1 to 15 working days. At the slow end that is three weeks of calendar time, so keep the invoice and any return receipt until the money arrives. The facts we hold do not say whether refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are paid in cash, to a bank account or as credit, or whether the SAR 15 cash fee is returned; ask customer service when you arrange the return.
