In the UAE a standard parcel is due within 1 to 2 business days, with couriers running Monday to Saturday. An order placed on a Saturday afternoon can therefore arrive on the Monday or Tuesday rather than the next calendar day. Delivery is free above AED 250; below that it costs AED 20.
The fee matters later too. Because the AED 20 is refunded only when an item is defective, a shopper who pays it on an AED 220 order and then returns the shoes for a different reason gets AED 220 back, not AED 240. Express options and emirate-specific times are not listed in the facts we hold.
