In 2026 the holiday falls on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 December, the 55th anniversary. UAE rules allow the Cabinet to move some holidays to create a longer weekend, and we have not seen any such change announced for 2026 as of 26 October.
Last year the fixed dates were 2 and 3 December 2025. Stores often run offers themed on the anniversary number around the holiday, but we have not verified specific participants for 2025, so none are listed here.
National Day comes right after White Friday and Cyber Monday and just before the Dubai Shopping Festival opens on 4 December 2026. Check that a National Day code is not limited to a single category or a minimum spend.
