Changing an order
Once checkout is complete, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you have moved, are ordering for a relative or want delivery to your workplace, enter that address before paying. A wrong building or zone number cannot be corrected afterwards through the store, so read the address back before you confirm.
Returns at a store
You get 30 days to bring back an unopened product with its original receipt. The return happens at your nearest Virgin Megastore store rather than collected from home.
