Trendyol is a large Turkish marketplace, and in the Gulf it works in two different ways. Saudi Arabia and the UAE have their own sites, with local payment options, cash on delivery and shipping fees calculated at checkout. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are served through the country selector on trendyol.com, and their orders are shipped from Türkiye by Aramex.
Every Trendyol code we track is reported by coupon sites; we found none published by Trendyol itself. Most are percentage codes, often with a higher rate on a first order and a lower one after that, and a few apply only to selected items. Returns are free for 15 days in all six countries, which takes some of the risk out of trying an unfamiliar seller.

How Trendyol codes work
Trendyol codes in the Gulf come from coupon sites rather than from Trendyol's own pages, and each site tends to push a different code. They fall into a few kinds. Welcome codes are meant for a first order, and in the UAE and Kuwait the listings name them for new customers only. Several general codes carry two rates, a higher one on the first order and a lower one on later orders: one Saudi listing quotes 40% and 10%, one UAE listing 40% and 15%. Category codes take 25% off fashion, clothing, beauty or shoes depending on the country, and some codes cover selected items without any fixed rate.
Two rules from Trendyol's Saudi help information shape how codes behave there. A discount code can be used once, and if you cancel the order it was applied to, the code is not reissued. Promotional coupons that Trendyol places in your account work differently: they return after a cancellation, and you can see them, with their expiry, minimum spend and terms, under My Account in the My Coupons section. In the UAE, Trendyol's guidance is that a code cannot be added to an order that has already been placed, although you can cancel it and order again with the code entered.
Getting the most from a code here
If you have never ordered before, use a first-order code on that first basket rather than a general one, because the first-order rate is the higher of the two on the listings we track. Then read the order summary rather than the headline figure. Some first-order codes carry a cap, and one UAE listing quotes a minimum of USD 20 and a cap of USD 50, amounts Trendyol does not confirm in local currency. On a large basket, a capped 40% can be worth less than an uncapped 25% category code, so compare the two in the basket before you pay.
Codes for selected items lower only the products they cover, so look at which lines changed. One Kuwait listing claims a code also stacks on sale prices, but Trendyol does not confirm this. Free shipping matters as well: Trendyol publishes no fixed threshold in any Gulf country and instead labels individual products as free shipping. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, cash on delivery requires an order that is eligible for free shipping, so a basket built from labelled products keeps more payment options open. Tabby and Tamara also need a basket of at least SAR 100 or AED 100.
Delivery and returns across the Gulf
Trendyol runs local sites in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and on both the shipping fee is calculated at checkout; in the UAE it also depends on the destination. Neither country has a published free shipping threshold, though plenty of products show a free shipping tag. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are reached through the trendyol.com country selector, and orders for those four ship from Türkiye with Aramex, normally arriving within 6 working days. Their shipping fees in KWD, QAR, BHD or OMR are not published, so you see them only in the order summary.
Returns are free for 15 days from delivery in every Gulf country Trendyol serves. In Saudi Arabia a courier can collect a return from your home, or you can take it to a drop-off point, and the return label stays valid for 14 days after you create it. In the four countries served from Türkiye, a return is accepted only with a label generated by Trendyol's system, and it must be sent from the same country the order went to, for customs clearance. Health and hygiene products are excluded in Kuwait and Oman, and a partial return or cancellation in Qatar or Oman can mean the shipping fee is taken out of your refund.
Paying for Trendyol orders
Saudi Arabia has the widest choice: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery. The cash on delivery fee is SAR 22.5, which is not refunded, and it is available only on orders between SAR 100 and SAR 1,875 that qualify for free shipping. Tabby and Tamara each cover orders from SAR 100 up to SAR 5,000. If you pay by mada and might return something, act early: a mada refund on an order placed more than 30 days before can take months to arrive.
The UAE site takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus cash on delivery for a non-refundable AED 11 on free-shipping orders between AED 100 and AED 1,800. Tabby and Tamara are available for orders from AED 100 to AED 5,000. For Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman our facts list no payment methods at all, so KNET, BENEFIT, OmanNet, cash on delivery and buy now, pay later services are unconfirmed there. One Saudi listing ties a code to Al Rajhi credit and prepaid cards, but we found no official Trendyol page that backs it up.
When a Trendyol code is rejected
The account is the usual cause. A welcome code listed for new customers will not work on an account that has ordered before, and a general code may switch to its lower repeat-order rate without any message. A code for selected items fails on a basket with none of those products in it, and a minimum spend quoted by a listing, such as the USD 20 on one UAE code, may not be met. In Saudi Arabia, a code you already used is gone even if that order was cancelled, because each discount code works once and is never issued again.
Country matters too. Several codes posted for Qatar and Oman are generic Gulf codes, and some coupon sites show a Qatar page with no working code at all, so a code that works on trendyol.ae may fail when you shop through the country selector. If a code is rejected, remove it and try a different kind, for example a category code instead of a first-order code, and check whether the listing names particular products. If you have already placed the order, the code cannot be added afterwards. For anything else, Trendyol customer support is the place to ask before you pay.

Not published. Trendyol does not state a rule on combining codes with sale prices. One coupon site claims a Kuwait code applies on top of sales, but that is a listing, not a Trendyol policy. Add the discounted item, apply the code and read the order summary: if that line price does not change, the code does not cover it.
Can existing Trendyol customers use a promo code?
