Nice One is a Saudi beauty retailer, and the Kingdom is where its service is fullest: a SAR 300 free-shipping line, cash on delivery and a long list of instalment options. Orders to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman leave from Saudi Arabia, take longer, and can pick up customs or clearance charges when the courier arrives.

On the coupon side, the store publishes a first-order welcome code on its Saudi homepage, while coupon listings carry mostly 10% codes with small caps for new and returning shoppers. One rule runs through all of it: per the help centre, a coupon does not reduce products that are already marked down. Below we explain how that plays out in each country.

How Nice One codes work

Nice One codes are instant discounts taken off the basket at checkout. We have no cashback codes on record for this store, so whatever a code is worth shows up in the order total straight away, or not at all. Two kinds of offer appear. The first is published by Nice One itself: a first-order welcome code shown in the banner on the Saudi homepage, and free-shipping thresholds set out in the help centre. The second is reported codes, which coupon sites list rather than the store, and which we track and date separately.

Most reported codes give 10% off, a few give 5%, and the majority stop at a cap in local currency. Some are limited to a first order, some to returning customers with a minimum basket, and one is listed for perfumes only. They are generally listed as working on both the website and the app. The rule that shapes every code sits in the help centre: coupons do not cut the price of products that are already on offer, and they do not join other discounts such as Qitaf points or card promotions. Treat a code as a top-up saving on full-price items.

Getting the most from a code here

Start by sorting the basket. Because coupons skip items that are already marked down, a basket split between sale products and full-price products gives a smaller saving than the percentage suggests. Group the full-price items you want and check what the code takes off them. Next, look at the cap. A 10% code capped at SAR 20 stops growing once the eligible items pass SAR 200, so a much larger basket earns nothing more from the code itself.

Minimums matter for returning customers. One 10% code listed for existing shoppers in Saudi Arabia needs a basket of SAR 345, and a 5% code needs SAR 300. In the Kingdom that SAR 300 level also unlocks free shipping, which can be worth more than the coupon. Outside Saudi Arabia the store quotes a free-shipping threshold of SAR 1,000, and several countries charge fixed clearance fees per shipment, so one bigger order tends to work out cheaper than several small ones. Codes are listed for both app and website, so switching platforms rarely helps. Finally, do not plan on stacking a coupon with Qitaf or a bank-card promotion; the store says they do not combine.

Delivery and returns across the Gulf

Saudi Arabia gets the fastest service. The help centre gives 48 hours for Riyadh and up to 8 days for other cities once an order ships, with free shipping above SAR 300; the fee for smaller orders is not published. Everywhere else, parcels travel from the Kingdom with Aramex and take up to 10 days after dispatch. For these five countries the store quotes free shipping above SAR 1,000, stated in riyals rather than local currency, and the standard shipping fee is not published.

Arrival charges differ by country. In the UAE, VAT is due on invoices from AED 100 to AED 999, with customs on top from AED 1,000. Kuwait levies a KWD 1 stamp charge, a KWD 2 clearance charge and 5% for the customs declaration, but no VAT. Qatar applies a flat QAR 20 clearance fee to invoices below QAR 3,000. Bahrain adds 5% customs and 5% VAT only above BHD 301.680. Oman takes OMR 3.470 per shipment plus 5% of the invoice value, with no VAT up to OMR 299.150. On returns, the only published rule is Saudi: beauty and care products go back only if they arrive damaged. Return windows for the other countries are not published.

Paying for Nice One orders

Payment choice is widest in Saudi Arabia. The help centre lists cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and mada), Apple Pay and STC Bank, plus the instalment services Tabby, Tamara, Madfu, Emkan and MISpay. Cash on delivery is offered there too, but it carries a SAR 28 fee, which the store describes as a charge for the option of paying later rather than for bringing the parcel to your door. Paying upfront by card or Apple Pay removes it.

Outside the Kingdom the picture is thinner. Nice One states that cash on delivery is not available in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so those orders must be paid online. The store does not publish a separate list of accepted methods for each of those five countries, and it does not say whether Tabby or Tamara can be used there. If you rely on instalments, check the options shown at checkout once your country is selected. Remember too that customs, VAT and clearance charges collected by Aramex on arrival are separate from what you pay Nice One, so the checkout total is not always the final cost of the order.

When a Nice One code is rejected

The commonest cause is the sale-item rule. If every product in the basket is already discounted, a coupon has nothing to act on and may be shown as invalid. Remove the marked-down items or add a full-price one, then apply the code again. The second cause is eligibility. First-order codes, including the store's own welcome code, fail on accounts that have ordered before, while codes listed for existing customers may not work on a brand-new account.

Third, check the minimum spend. Some listed codes need a basket of SAR 300 or SAR 345 in Saudi Arabia, or the local amount shown in the listing for your country. Fourth, a coupon will not sit alongside another discount, so if you are already redeeming Qitaf or a card promotion, the code can be refused. Fifth, reported codes are not issued by the store and can be withdrawn without notice; the date we last saw each one is shown next to it. Also confirm that the country selector matches where you are shipping, because codes are listed per country. If a code still fails, try another from the list or contact Nice One customer service on 920033385 with a screenshot of the message.

How to use a Nice One code

  1. Choose your country in the selector on niceonesa.com or in the Nice One app, so prices and caps show in your currency.
  2. Fill the basket with full-price products; items already on offer are not reduced by a coupon.
  3. At checkout, paste the code into the coupon field and apply it before you pick a payment method.
  4. Check the discount line in the order summary, since most codes stop at a cap in local currency.
  5. Pay to complete the order. Nice One codes are instant discounts, so there is no cashback to wait for afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Which Gulf countries does Nice One serve online?

Nice One sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.

Where are there the most Nice One codes right now?

Nice One codes are set per country. Right now we track 40 live offers across 6 countries; Saudi Arabia has the most (10). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

Does Nice One deliver to every Gulf country?

Yes. The help centre lists all six: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Saudi orders are the fastest: Riyadh gets them within 48 hours of dispatch, other cities within 8 days. Orders to the other five countries ship from the Kingdom and take up to 10 days, and they may attract customs, VAT or clearance charges on arrival depending on the country.

Do Nice One coupons work on sale items?

No. The help centre says coupons do not apply to offers or already discounted products. If your basket mixes sale and full-price items, the code reduces only the full-price part, and a basket made up entirely of sale items will usually be rejected. Check the discount line at checkout before paying.

Can existing customers use a Nice One code?

Yes, but not every code. The store's own welcome code and several reported codes are for a first order only. Coupon listings also carry codes meant for returning customers, usually 10% with a cap and a minimum basket, such as SAR 345 in Saudi Arabia. The live list on each country page marks who each code is for.

Do the codes work in the Nice One app?

Yes, in most cases. The reported codes we track are listed for both the website and the app, and none of them is described as app-only. Enter the code in the coupon field at checkout in either place. If a code fails in one, it will usually fail in the other too, so the cause is more likely the basket or the account.

Can I combine a code with Qitaf or a bank card offer?

No. Nice One's help centre says a coupon cannot be used together with other discounts, and it names Qitaf and card offers as examples. If your bank or loyalty programme has a Nice One promotion running, work out which one saves more on your basket and use that one on its own.

Is cash on delivery available in every country?

No. Cash on delivery is offered inside Saudi Arabia only, and it costs SAR 28 there. Orders to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman must be paid online before dispatch. In the Kingdom you can skip the fee by paying with a card or Apple Pay.

Can I return makeup or perfume bought from Nice One?

Only if it arrives damaged. Nice One's published rule, written for Saudi orders, is that beauty and personal-care items are otherwise final sale, with no return or exchange. Return terms for the other Gulf countries are not published. If something reaches you broken or faulty, contact customer service on 920033385 and keep the packaging.

How long does a Nice One refund take?

3 to 10 working days for orders paid online, according to the help centre. That timing is published for Saudi Arabia; the store does not give a separate figure for the other countries. Since codes here are instant discounts rather than cashback, there is no cashback payout to track, only the refund of what you actually paid.
