Nahdi is a Saudi pharmacy chain, and its online store sells medicines you can buy without a prescription, vitamins, beauty, personal care and baby products. The codes we track are small and specific: extra percentages that sit on top of Nahdi's own pharmacy offers, a code for baby products, a first-order code and a code promoted by an influencer.

How Nahdi codes work
Every Nahdi code in our records is a reported one, listed on another coupon site rather than published by Nahdi. In October 2026 we tracked five. Two give an extra 5%, described as working on top of the pharmacy's existing offers; one of those is tied to October promotions. A third takes 5% off baby products only. A fourth is an influencer code listed at 15% off the order. The fifth is for a new customer's first order, and its listing does not state a rate.
The one official offer is delivery: Express orders ship free from SAR 150, and Global items from SAR 250. The codes are listed for both the website and the app. We have not tested them at checkout, and the listings give no caps, minimum orders or end dates, so the size of the saving is something to confirm in the basket. Nahdi does not run a cashback scheme in our data, and we have no bank-card offers on file. What it does have is Nuhdeek, its loyalty programme, which adds at least one point for every riyal you spend.
Getting the most from a code here
The useful feature of Nahdi's 5% codes is that they are listed as extras on top of pharmacy offers, so they are meant to work on items that are already reduced. That makes them most valuable during a promotion, when the extra 5% comes off an already lower price. The baby-products code is narrower: keep it for nappies, formula or other mother-and-baby items, and expect nothing on vitamins or beauty. The first-order code only applies to a new account.
The payment method matters as much as the code. If you pay with Tamara, delivery is charged on every order whatever its value, so a basket above SAR 150 loses its free Express delivery. Paying by card, Apple Pay or cash keeps it. Watch the delivery type, too: Global items have their own SAR 250 threshold and can carry an import handling charge of SAR 17.25, so mixing them into a small Express order can add cost quickly. Finally, count the Nuhdeek points you earn as part of the saving, but remember they are deducted if the item comes back.
Delivery and returns: Saudi Arabia only
Nahdi's online store in our data serves Saudi Arabia, and we hold no delivery or return information for the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so for those countries everything is not published. Within the Kingdom there are three delivery services. Express is free from SAR 150 and costs SAR 12, VAT included, below that. Global items are free from SAR 250 and cost SAR 18 below, and some add an import handling charge of SAR 17.25. Now promises delivery in about 30 minutes for SAR 9.99, once the order reaches SAR 150, and it must be paid in advance.
Deliveries run from 8am to midnight, Saturday to Thursday, and from 1pm to 9pm on Fridays. Returns work through the branches rather than by courier: take the item and its receipt to any Nahdi pharmacy within 14 days of purchase. Note that the clock starts at purchase, not at delivery. Delivery fees are not refunded, and baby food, used items and medicines kept refrigerated cannot be returned. Whether a courier collection is offered is not published.
Paying at Nahdi
In Saudi Arabia, Nahdi accepts cards, Apple Pay and Tamara, and cash appears among the payment methods. No fee for cash on delivery is published. Cash is not an option for the Now service, which is prepaid only, so a 30-minute order has to be paid online. Tamara is the method with a catch.
