| Oman | Free delivery over OMR 50 | Store deal | 6 |
Mumzworld sells baby and child products across all six Gulf countries, but it is really six shops with six sets of rules. Delivery is cheapest in the UAE, cash on delivery exists only in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the four other countries are served from the UAE with weight-based fees for bulky items.
This page brings together what Mumzworld's own shipping, help and returns pages said when we read them on 18 October 2026, and what kinds of codes are in circulation. Most codes are 10% with a low cap, so for big purchases such as prams or cots the delivery threshold usually decides the final price more than the code does.

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.
How Mumzworld codes work
Each Mumzworld country site has its own codes, priced in its own currency. Almost everything in circulation is a reported code: a percentage discount, usually 10%, posted by coupon sites rather than announced by Mumzworld. The caps we have on file differ by country: roughly SAR 40 to 50 in Saudi Arabia, AED 39.2 to 75 in the UAE, KWD 3.300 in Kuwait, QAR 38.8 in Qatar, and BHD 4 and OMR 4 in Bahrain and Oman. Two listings show 20% with no cap, yet the same code appears at 10% on a related Kuwaiti listing, so treat the larger figure with care.
What Mumzworld itself publishes is a free-delivery threshold in every country and, in Saudi Arabia, one bank-card offer: 15% off up to SAR 60 for a digital bank's cardholders until 31 December 2026. Its written rules are the clearest we have, and strict: one use per cardholder, no combining with other codes or gift cards, and a list of excluded products. Reported codes are less tidy. One listing calls the same code new-customer-only and open to everyone on a single page, so read the scope as a hint rather than a rule.
Getting the most from a code here
With a 10% code and a cap, the cap sets the ceiling on your saving. A KWD 3.300 cap in Kuwait is used up on a basket of about KWD 33, and every dinar above that earns nothing extra. The same sum applies to the QAR 38.8 cap in Qatar and the BHD 4 and OMR 4 caps in Bahrain and Oman. On a pram, a car seat or a cot, the free-delivery threshold and the fee for parcels over 20 or 30 kg often move the total more than any code.
The only stacking rules Mumzworld has written down belong to the Saudi bank-card offer. It cannot be used with other codes or gift cards, and it excludes wipes, diapers, milk, Babyzen, Skip Hop, Apple products and gift certificates. It must also be paid with the card itself, not through Apple Pay, mada Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay. For reported codes, listing sites give no dependable stacking rules. One code is listed for sale items, but its scope is described three different ways, so look at the discount line in the basket before you pay. Several reported codes are described as working on both the website and the app.
Delivery and returns across the Gulf
Delivery terms vary a lot by country. The UAE has the lowest bar: free above AED 49 and AED 15 below, with same-day delivery in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah and next-day elsewhere. In Saudi Arabia, items sent from inside the kingdom are free above SAR 99 and SAR 12 below, while items sent from abroad need more than SAR 499 to ship free and cost SAR 50 otherwise; parcels over 30 kg cost SAR 55 or SAR 65. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are served from the UAE, free above KWD 40, QAR 499, BHD 30 and OMR 50, with fees of KWD 5, QAR 50, BHD 3 and OMR 7 below those levels. Above 20 kg a flat fee applies: KWD 35, QAR 200, BHD 26.540 or OMR 35. Light parcels are flown in and take about 5 to 7 days; heavy Kuwait parcels go by land in 7 to 10 days. The Kuwait, Qatar and Oman pages warn that customs or legalisation fees may fall on the recipient.
Returns are fully described only for the UAE: 14 days from delivery, free pickup from your home, and items unused in their original packaging. Refunds there go back to the payment method or the Mumzworld wallet. For the other five countries we found no published return window; Bahrain's page gives only a refund time for Mada cards.
Paying: cash, instalments and cards
Cash on delivery is offered in two countries only. In the UAE the fee is AED 10 in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah on orders under AED 100, and cash is not accepted on orders worth AED 10,000 or above. In Saudi Arabia the fee is SAR 10 in most areas, but cash is not available in Al Baha, Najran, Gizan, Madinah and some other locations, nor on orders worth SAR 10,000 or above. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman have no cash option at all, so the order is paid when you place it.
For instalments, some UAE product pages show a four-payment Tamara plan. We found no published Tabby option in any country and no Tamara details outside the UAE. Apple Pay is not listed as a payment method in the pages we read; its only mention is in the Saudi bank-card offer, which cannot be redeemed through Apple Pay or other wallets. The list of accepted card types per country is not published in the pages we read. One practical point from the UAE refund rules: money for a cash order comes back to the Mumzworld wallet rather than in cash, so paying by card keeps a refund to your card possible if you think you may return something.
When a code is rejected
The most frequent cause is the country. Codes are tied to one storefront, so a code listed for Saudi Arabia may fail on the UAE site, and caps shift with the currency. The next cause is scope: reported codes often cover eligible items only, and some brands may be left out. The Saudi bank-card offer excludes diapers, wipes and milk, which make up a large part of many baby baskets. A code may also have simply stopped working. On 25 October 2026 we tried one code that other sites were sharing on all six country sites, and it failed on every one.
What to try next: make sure you are on the right country site and that the code was listed for that country. Remove gift cards and any other code from the basket, since the only published terms forbid combining. If your basket is mostly consumables, test the code on an item outside the excluded categories. For a bank offer, enter the card details by hand instead of using a wallet. If nothing works, ask customer care before you pay; the Saudi help pages list phone support from 9am to 9pm UAE time every day, with live chat and WhatsApp around the clock.
How to use a Mumzworld code
- Open the Mumzworld website or app for the country you are shipping to, because each code belongs to one country site.
- Add your items to the basket and continue to checkout.
- Paste the code into the coupon box and tap Apply.
- Check the discount line before paying: most codes here are a percentage with a cap, so the saving stops at the cap.
- For a bank-card offer, type in the card number yourself rather than paying through a digital wallet.
Frequently asked questions
Which Gulf countries does Mumzworld serve online?
Mumzworld sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.
Where are there the most Mumzworld codes right now?
Mumzworld codes are set per country. Right now we track 51 live offers across 6 countries; Saudi Arabia has the most (14). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
Does Mumzworld deliver to every Gulf country?
Yes. There is a country site for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The UAE gets same-day or next-day delivery and Saudi Arabia has its own local shipping, while orders for Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman are sent from the UAE and take roughly 5 to 7 days by air.
What order value gets free delivery?
It depends on the country. The thresholds are AED 49 in the UAE, SAR 99 for items shipped within Saudi Arabia (SAR 499 for items shipped from abroad), KWD 40 in Kuwait, QAR 499 in Qatar, BHD 30 in Bahrain and OMR 50 in Oman. Outside Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the free rate covers parcels up to 20 kg only.
Can I return something I bought?
In the UAE, yes: you have 14 days from delivery, pickup from your door is free, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. For Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman we did not find a published return window, so ask customer care before ordering anything you might send back.
Is cash on delivery available?
Only in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The UAE charges AED 10 in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah on orders under AED 100. Saudi Arabia charges SAR 10 in most areas but excludes Al Baha, Najran, Gizan, Madinah and some other places. Neither country accepts cash on orders of 10,000 or more in local currency.
Can I pay with Tabby or Tamara?
Tamara, in the UAE. Some UAE product pages offer a four-payment Tamara plan. We found no Tabby option published for any country, and no instalment information for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so check the payment step on your country site before relying on it.
Do Mumzworld codes work on sale items?
Sometimes. One reported code is listed for sale items and most mother-and-baby products, but the listing also describes it as Dyson-only or first-order-only, so its real scope is unclear. Mumzworld publishes no general rule on codes and sale prices. Add the sale item, apply the code and check the discount line before you pay.
Can I combine a promo code with a bank-card offer?
No, not for the one bank-card offer Mumzworld's partner publishes. The Saudi card offer cannot be combined with other codes or gift cards, works once per cardholder, and must be paid with the card details entered directly, not through Apple Pay, mada Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay.
How long does a refund take?
In the UAE, 24 to 48 hours to the Mumzworld wallet or 5 to 7 working days to a credit card, and orders paid in cash are refunded to the wallet. Bahrain's returns page gives 7 to 14 working days for Mada cards once approved. Refund times for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman are not published.
