Level Shoes sells designer footwear, bags and accessories from its Dubai base and ships to every Gulf country. Discounts here are narrow but predictable: the codes we track take 10% off products carrying a black star badge, and the store's own offers are free-delivery thresholds that change from country to country.

This page sets the six markets side by side, using delivery, returns and payment details read from the Level Shoes help pages on 18 Oct 2026. Where the store leaves a figure out, such as the cash-on-delivery fee, we say so instead of guessing. For current codes, use the list on this page; for local detail, open the page for your country.

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.

How Level Shoes codes work

Almost every Level Shoes code in our records is a reported one: it comes from listings on other coupon sites, not from the store itself. They follow a single pattern. Each takes 10% off, and the reduction lands only on products that show a black star badge on their page. Unbadged items stay at full price even when the code is accepted for the rest of the bag. The store adds two house rules: you must be signed in to your account, and only one code fits each order.

We tried a batch of these codes in the UAE on 17 Oct 2026. Before each run we typed an invented control code, which checkout rejected, so we knew the field was really checking. A starred item priced at AED 710 then fell to AED 639 with a working code, a clean 10%. One listing advertised as up to 10% failed with an invalid-code message. The official offers from Level Shoes are not codes at all: they are free-delivery thresholds, set separately for each of the six countries. We have not found a welcome code, an app-only code or a cashback offer from the store.

Getting the most from a code here

Start with the badge. Before adding anything to the bag, look for the black star on the product page, because that symbol decides whether the 10% applies. Some brands may be left out even so. If your basket mixes starred and unstarred items, the saving is worked out on the starred ones only, so a code can look weaker than you expected on a mixed order. It is worth checking the line-by-line total before you pay.

Stacking is off the table: one promo code per order, and the store says offers cannot be combined unless it states otherwise. Codes also cannot be spent on e-gift cards. Nothing in the store's information separates the app from the website for codes, and we found no distinct rule for sale items, so the badge is the test that matters. The other dependable saving is delivery. Each country has its own free-delivery threshold, and in several markets the fee below it is a noticeable share of a small order, so grouping purchases into one basket that clears the bar can be worth more than the code itself.

Delivery and returns across the Gulf

Thresholds and fees as published on 18 Oct 2026: the UAE is free from AED 350, with AED 25 charged below that. Saudi Arabia is free from SAR 500, with SAR 50 below, and Riyadh orders go free when they ship from stock held in KSA. Kuwait is free from KWD 40, with KWD 5 below. Qatar is free from QAR 500, with QAR 50 below. Bahrain is free from BHD 50, but the fee for smaller orders is not published clearly, since the site's table shows a figure that does not look right. Oman is free from OMR 50, with OMR 5 below.

Speed varies more than price. Dubai gets 90-minute delivery on orders placed before 8pm, and the other emirates get same-day delivery if you order before 2pm. Riyadh has a 2-hour option on selected items, the rest of KSA takes 1–3 business days, and anything sent from Dubai takes 2–4. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman all quote 2–4 business days. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery in all six countries. Pre-Loved pieces are excluded, and the UAE and Qatar pages say there are no direct exchanges. The Saudi and Oman pages put refunds at 2–10 business days, depending on the bank.

Paying at Level Shoes

Cash on delivery is accepted in all six countries, and none of the Level Shoes pages we read lists a charge for it, so the COD fee is not published. Apple Pay works everywhere too, as do Visa and Mastercard. Instalments are where the markets split: Tabby and Tamara are offered in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, but not in Qatar, Bahrain or Oman. If you rely on paying in parts, that alone may decide which country's store you can use.

Local networks appear where you would expect them. Saudi shoppers can pay with mada, and Kuwait accepts KNET; BENEFIT and OmanNet are not on the Bahrain or Oman lists. American Express is listed for the UAE and Saudi Arabia only. Google Pay appears for the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, but not on the Saudi list. One detail changes how you should pay: in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, cash-on-delivery orders get their refund as an e-gift card, not as money. A card is the safer choice if you think you may send something back. According to the Saudi page, Pre-Loved pieces come with separate payment rules and cannot be paid for in cash.

When a code is rejected

Most failures at Level Shoes come down to a short list. The item has no black star badge, so the code has nothing to discount. You are checking out as a guest, and codes need a signed-in account. There is already a code on the order, and only one is allowed. The basket holds an e-gift card, which codes cannot buy. Or the brand is one of those excluded. Listings also go stale: one code we tried on 17 Oct 2026 returned an invalid-code message, and many reported codes look alike, so a single wrong character is enough to break one.

Work through it in order. Sign in, then check each product page for the star. Remove any code already applied, retype the new one carefully and try again. If it still fails, try another code listed for your country, because each market has its own set. If none works, the free-delivery threshold is the saving left, and it needs no code. For order problems, Level Shoes publishes contact lines in some countries: a toll-free number in Saudi Arabia, phone and WhatsApp in Kuwait, and a UAE number for shoppers in Qatar and Oman. Contact details for the UAE and Bahrain are not in the information we read.

How to use a Level Shoes code

  1. Sign in to your Level Shoes account on the website or in the app; codes only work for signed-in shoppers.
  2. Add products that show the black star badge on their page, because the 10% codes apply to those items only.
  3. Open your bag and type the promo code into the code field before you move to payment.
  4. Check that the 10% has come off the starred items, then choose delivery and a payment method.
  5. Only one code fits each order, so remove any code already applied before you try a different one.

Frequently asked questions

Which Gulf countries does Level Shoes serve online?

Level Shoes sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.

Where are there the most Level Shoes codes right now?

Level Shoes codes are set per country. Right now we track 31 live offers across 6 countries; the UAE has the most (12). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.

Can I use two promo codes on one Level Shoes order?

No. Level Shoes accepts a single promo code per order, and its pages say offers cannot be combined unless a promotion states otherwise. If a code is already applied, remove it before testing another. Free delivery is a threshold rather than a code, so you can still reach it while using a 10% code on starred items.

Do Level Shoes codes work on sale items?

Only if the item carries the black star badge. The store does not publish a separate rule for sale stock; what decides it is the star on the product page. Products without the badge, reduced or not, stay at their shown price when a code is applied, and some brands can be excluded even when other items in the bag qualify.

Can existing customers use Level Shoes codes?

Yes, as far as the listings show. The codes we track are not marked as new-customer or first-order offers, and the only account rule is that you must be signed in when you apply one. We have not found a published welcome code for first orders at Level Shoes, so returning shoppers and new ones see the same 10% codes.

Do codes work in the Level Shoes app?

Yes. Nothing in the store's information limits the codes we track to the website. Level Shoes sells through both its site and its app, and the reported codes are listed for all channels. The same conditions apply wherever you check out: sign in, make sure the item has a star badge, and enter one code per order.

Can I combine a Level Shoes code with a bank card offer?

Not published. We have no Level Shoes bank-card promotion in our records, and the store's general rule is that offers cannot be combined unless stated. If your bank advertises a Level Shoes deal, read its own terms, and expect the one-code-per-order rule to apply on the Level Shoes side of the checkout.

Can I use a promo code to buy a Level Shoes e-gift card?

No. Level Shoes does not allow promo codes on e-gift card purchases. Codes are meant for products, and in practice only for those with the black star badge. In some countries, cash-on-delivery refunds are issued as an e-gift card, but that is a separate matter from buying one with a discount.

How long do Level Shoes refunds take?

2–10 business days; your bank sets the exact timing, according to the Saudi and Oman help pages. The other countries' pages we read do not give a timeframe. If you paid cash on delivery in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar, the refund arrives as an online e-gift card rather than as money, so the bank timing does not apply.

How do I contact Level Shoes customer service?

It depends on the country. Saudi Arabia has a toll-free line, 800 111 1364, open 9am–9pm. Kuwait has phone and WhatsApp on +965 22070458, also 9am–9pm. Qatar and Oman shoppers are given +971 800 538 3573, with 9am–9pm listed for Qatar and 10am–10pm for Oman. Contact details for the UAE and Bahrain are not in the information we read.
