iHerb promo codes across the Gulf

Quick answer
iHerb codes are set per country. Right now we track 22 live offers across 6 countries; the UAE has the most (4). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
| Country | Best offer now | Evidence | Live offers |
|---|---|---|---|
| UAE | GCCAPP · 25% off your first app order | Store offer | 4 |
| Saudi Arabia | GCCAPP · 25% off your first app order | Store offer | 4 |
| Kuwait | GCCAPP · 25% off your first app order | Store offer | 4 |
| Qatar | GCCAPP · 25% off your first app order | Store offer | 4 |
| Bahrain | GCCAPP · 25% off your first app order | Store offer | 3 |
| Oman | GCCAPP · 25% off your first app order | Store offer | 3 |
iHerb keeps a separate storefront for each of the six Gulf countries, and its offers follow the same simple pattern in all of them. There is a 10% code that unlocks once your basket passes a local minimum, a 25% welcome discount for a first order placed in the app, and a free-shipping line set in your own currency. The UAE, Kuwait and Qatar also list 10% off recurring Subscribe & Save orders.
The details are where shoppers slip up. Minimums differ from country to country, the 10% discount is capped in US dollars rather than local money, and Saudi checkouts add a customs service fee. Below are the numbers we read on iHerb's own pages on 18 October 2026.

Up to three codes per country, strongest evidence first. Each country page lists every code with its terms and a how-to.
How iHerb codes work
Every iHerb offer we track in the Gulf is published by iHerb itself, and they fall into a few clear groups. The first is a country code worth 10% off once your basket passes a set amount: SAR 380 in Saudi Arabia, AED 410 in the UAE, QAR 440 in Qatar, KWD 40 in Kuwait, and BHD 50 or OMR 50 in Bahrain and Oman. The second is a 25% welcome discount for new customers that only works in the app. The third is free shipping, which applies by itself once the basket clears a local minimum, with no code to type.
The fourth group is Subscribe & Save, a standing 10% off each repeat delivery that also needs no code; it appears on the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar offers pages. Saudi Arabia adds one extra: a 25% first-order discount that is sent to you after you sign up to the email list in the site footer. The 10% threshold code carries a different name on each Gulf storefront even though the value is the same, so a code meant for the Kuwait site will not match a basket on the Qatar site. Always shop on the storefront for the country you are shipping to.
Getting the most from a code here
In every Gulf country the 10% threshold code is capped at USD 100 of discount. That is unusual: the cap is written in dollars rather than riyals or dinars, so convert it before planning a very large order. For most baskets it never comes into play. The minimum matters far more. In Saudi Arabia the code needs more than SAR 380, well above the SAR 150 free-shipping line, so a medium basket can ship free and still miss the discount. The UAE gap is wider still: AED 185 for free standard shipping against AED 410 for the code.
The app welcome offer is the larger saving at 25%, but iHerb's terms say exclusions apply and it cannot be combined with any other offer. If you are new, run the numbers on your basket: on the same items 25% beats 10%, but you only get one of them. Subscribe & Save sits outside the code system and takes 10% off every recurring delivery where it is offered, which suits people who reorder the same vitamins each month. In Saudi Arabia, plan around the quantity limits too: supplements and food are limited to a three-month personal supply, and cosmetics to 20 pieces per order.
Delivery and returns across the Gulf
Shipping fees and free-delivery lines differ a lot between the six storefronts. Saudi Arabia charges SAR 30 below SAR 150 on standard Global Air with Tracking, or SAR 40 below SAR 375 for climate-controlled delivery. The UAE charges AED 20 below AED 185 for standard shipping and AED 30 below AED 330 for climate-controlled. Kuwait pays KWD 2 below KWD 18, Qatar QAR 20 below QAR 185, Bahrain BHD 3 below BHD 20 and Oman OMR 2.500 below OMR 20. In Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman the listed method is climate-controlled air from iHerb's Saudi warehouses, so heat-sensitive products need no separate choice.
Returns run on the same terms in every country. Most products can go back within 30 days of delivery, while iHerb's own-brand range gets three times as long, 90 days. The Saudi pages explain that you request a return from the Orders page and that each case is reviewed individually. Free returns are not published for any Gulf country. The Kuwait and Oman pages state that international orders do not get a prepaid return label, so expect to pay the postage yourself, and the Qatar page warns that a refund on an international order may need as long as 35 days.
Paying at iHerb in the Gulf
Payment is the thinnest part of our iHerb fact sheet. The shipping, returns and offers pages we read on 18 October 2026 do not say whether cash on delivery, Tabby, Tamara or Apple Pay are available in any Gulf country, so we list each of them as not published. The same applies to local card networks: none of the pages mention mada in Saudi Arabia, KNET in Kuwait, BENEFIT in Bahrain or OmanNet in Oman. Look at the payment step on your own storefront before counting on any of these, and do not assume an option exists because another Gulf shop offers it.
What the pages do cover is what ends up in the total. In Saudi Arabia, 15% VAT is already included in product prices, and since 6 October 2024 a customs service fee required by ZATCA has been collected at checkout. In the UAE, duties and taxes are collected in advance at checkout, so nothing is owed when the courier arrives. For Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman the pages we read say nothing about duties, so read the order summary line by line. And because the 10% codes are capped at USD 100 rather than a local amount, convert that figure into your own currency before planning a very large order.
When an iHerb code is rejected
At iHerb a failed code is usually a rule problem rather than a dead code. The 10% codes only apply once the basket passes the local minimum, and that minimum is set in your storefront's currency. If you removed an item, or part of the basket falls under the limits iHerb shows at checkout, the total can slip under the line and the code drops off. The 25% welcome code is stricter: it is for new customers, only inside the app, and it cannot be combined with another offer. It will fail on the website, on an account that has ordered before, or next to a threshold code.
Shopping on the wrong storefront is the other common cause, because the threshold code has a different name in each Gulf country. A code for Qatar will not work on a UAE basket. What to try next: check the country and currency shown in the site header, compare the basket total with the minimum again, remove any promotion that is already applied, and for the app offer confirm you are signed in to a new account in the app itself. iHerb marks several offers as limited time, so if a code still fails, open the sales and offers page for your country to see the current list, or contact iHerb customer service through your account.
How to use a iHerb code
- Open the iHerb storefront for the country you are shipping to, such as ae.iherb.com or sa.iherb.com, so prices and minimums show in your currency.
- Add your products and compare the basket total with the minimum spend of the code you want, because each country sets its own threshold.
- Paste the promo code into the code box in the cart or at checkout and apply it before you move to payment.
- For the 25% new-customer offer, place the order inside the iHerb app on an account with no earlier orders; the website will not accept it.
- Check the discount line, shipping and any customs charge in the order summary before paying. None of the iHerb offers we track are cashback, so the saving appears straight away.
Frequently asked questions
Which Gulf countries does iHerb serve online?
iHerb sells online in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, each with its own store and prices in local currency. We list codes and delivery terms for each of these countries separately.
Where are there the most iHerb codes right now?
iHerb codes are set per country. Right now we track 22 live offers across 6 countries; the UAE has the most (4). Pick your country below for the strongest code there.
Does iHerb offer free delivery in the Gulf?
Yes. Each Gulf storefront has a free-shipping minimum: SAR 150 in Saudi Arabia, AED 185 in the UAE, KWD 18 in Kuwait, QAR 185 in Qatar, BHD 20 in Bahrain and OMR 20 in Oman. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE those figures are for standard air shipping; climate-controlled delivery needs a bigger basket, SAR 375 or AED 330.
How long do I have to return an iHerb order?
30 days for most products. Items under iHerb's own brand get 90 days from delivery. The window is the same in all six Gulf countries. You request the return from your account, and iHerb reviews each request before approving it, so keep the product and its packaging in good shape until you get an answer.
Are returns to iHerb free?
Not published. iHerb's Gulf pages do not promise free returns anywhere in the region. The Kuwait and Oman pages say international orders do not receive a prepaid return label, which means you arrange and pay for the return shipment. The Kuwait page also warns that refunds can differ because of postage and customs costs.
Can I pay cash on delivery or with Tabby or Tamara at iHerb?
Not published. The iHerb shipping, returns and offers pages we read for all six Gulf countries do not mention cash on delivery, Tabby or Tamara. Check the payment options on your own country's storefront at checkout before you order, and do not assume a method is available just because other Gulf shops offer it.
Do iHerb codes work in the app?
Yes, and one discount works only there. The 25% welcome offer for new customers applies only to orders placed in the iHerb app. The 10% threshold codes are listed for every channel, so they should work in the app or on the website as long as your basket clears the local minimum.
Can existing iHerb customers use a code?
Yes, for some offers. The 10% threshold codes and Subscribe & Save are open to all customers, including those who have ordered before. The 25% app discount and the Saudi email sign-up discount are first-order offers, so an account with earlier orders will be turned down for those two.
Can I combine two discounts at iHerb?
Not with the welcome offer. iHerb states that the 25% first app order discount cannot be combined with other offers. The terms for the 10% threshold codes do not spell out whether they stack, and iHerb notes that further limits appear at checkout. Subscribe & Save gives its 10% on recurring orders without any code.
Will I pay customs or tax when my iHerb order arrives?
Not in Saudi Arabia or the UAE. Saudi prices already include 15% VAT, and a ZATCA customs service fee has been collected at checkout since 6 October 2024. In the UAE, duties and taxes are taken in advance at checkout. For Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, the pages we read do not describe duties, so check your order summary.
