The Saudi terms say the minimum age is 21 and the licence must be present when you book. A citizen or a resident on iqama needs a Saudi licence, front and back, and a national ID or iqama, front and back. A visit visa needs a home-country licence, an international driving permit, and a passport with the visa stamp. On the deposit, the same page says two things. It generally does not take a security deposit, and it reserves the right to ask for one while documents are checked. The homepage still says no deposit. Read the booking, not only the banner. Mileage also disagrees. The Saudi FAQ lists 300 km a day, 2,100 km a week and 9,000 km a month. The terms list 300 km a day and 5,000 km a month, and they do not print the weekly line. Excess kilometres in the terms are SAR 0.80 for an economy car, SAR 1 for a sedan, SAR 1.50 for an SUV and SAR 2.50 for a luxury car. The booking email is named as the place those limits are confirmed.

Insurance and the dirham ceiling

EZ93 does not remove the SAR 39 delivery or the SAR 39 collection. The Saudi terms we read do not repeat the UAE sentence that an early return voids every discount, so that rule is not copied onto this page. Insurance is comprehensive under Saudi law. Tell Najm at once and do not move the car until Najm reports or says to move it. Without a Najm report the terms say there is no cover. Full insurance, for an extra fee, removes the excess when Najm finds the renter at fault. Punctures, tyre damage, wheel caps, aerials and the windscreen stay outside that cover. Fines, tolls, fuel and excess kilometres are charged to the card on the booking, after an email. Fines can add a surcharge of up to 15 percent plus the fine. The Saudi hotline is +966 11 834 3429.
